They provided me with an order number, lied and said the package was delivered, wiped the order number from my history and the bot, Eva, was totally useless. I was unable to contact the seller, there is no recourse, no guarantee of deliver or refund. DONT DO IT

The Aliexpress Scam: We will promise buyer protection to trick you into trusting us, then we will steal your money when you order. It is an organized corrupt system of separating buyers from their money, and leaving us with no recourse.
The asian sellers in china have been increasingly sending us their seconds, knock-offs, and just plain garbage; Tricking US buyers by using stolen product images (other asian sites such as WOTOBA have entire businesses set up to do this.) The asians in China give the good products to their own citizens and pawn off all of their garbage on sites like Aliexpress & ebay. They will ship you any kind of junk they have on hand, knowing that the price of returning it will exceed the refund of your money.
If you contact the seller, you will be ghosted until you file a claim.
Paypals "buyer protection" will not cover ... anything. Once again: Send it back to china at a minimum shipment cost over $14.00.
You will usually be given a 10 day return limit, far short of the 3 to 6 weeks it takes for things to go to or come from china. So you can pay to ship the junk back if you want, but you will lose that money, too, when that 10 day time limit is exceeded.
Our government needs to step in to end these corrupt entities from continuing to fleece americans, but right now criminal businesses like these are being supported, enabled, and encouraged.
Please help by leaving reviews with your experiences at online watchdog reporting sites and informing anyone your know directly. AliExpress, Ebay and others will continue to feed on us like vampires, until enough attention is brought to these scamming crooks and legal action is taken to put an end to it ."

THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL RARELY RECEIVE WHAT U PAID FOR
In the last 4 months I have placed orders from 27 different stores through AliExpress to stock by business the money they received from me was 405.20US. Out of ALL my orders I paid for and waited for I only received my items from 16 of the stores (and 4 stores out of the 16 had to reship the item to me after months went by and they said delivery was successful but there was never a delivery and I had to go back and forth) 11 STORES TOOK MY MONEY, NEVER REFUNDED OR RESHIPPED MY ITEM, NEVER RESPONDED, JUST STOLE MY MONEY. THE AMOUNT I HAD TAKEN WITH ZERO ATTEMPTS FROM ALIEXPRESS WAS 169.88 US DOLLAR. THEY CLOSED EVERYONE OF THE DISPUTES I OPENED WITH NO EXPLANATION AND NO ATTEMPT TO HOLD THE FRAUDULANT STORES ACCOUNTABLE. I HAVE DONE EVERTHING I COULD POSSIBLY DO. IF THEY TOOK THAT MUCH FROM ME AND THEY ARE WORLD WIDE.. THERE HAS GOT TO BE MILLIONS OR PROBOBLY BILLIONS OF MONEY KEPT WITH NO ITEMS BEING EVER SENT. HOW ARE THEY STILL ABLE TO OPPERATE THIS SCAM

"AliExpress is full of vendors that use deceiving bait-and-switch tactics. They advertise an item for a low price, so it appears on the search engines at one of then price, but when you go to buy it you go to a selection process, where you chose amount, color, shipping origin, etc., and then the real prive is revealed, which is usually a few dollars less than Amazon, which gives you faster shipping and way better return policy.

"I already spent couple thousands USD on Aliexpress. But recently when the sellers sent wrong item/size/color or missing items to me i opened dispute they asked for returning good but did not pay for the return shipping fee. The value of the order maybe just couple $ but the return shipping fee from US to China is about $30-$50 (depends on weight). It was not my fault why i have to pay extra money to return goods to them? If they want me to return it then they have to provide me free shipping label like Amazon. When i tried to contact customer service they just bla bla then disappeared without letting me know. What the hell is that. I am valued customer because i spent a lot of money there but they don’t care. I will never ever be back to Aliexpress and will let all of my family and friends know then they will not waste their time and money on AliExpress."
"I had a horrible experience ordering from this site.
- Some items on my order never came, the items on the order disappeared from the online order and I never received any notifications that they decided to cancel the order!
- I received several damaged items, and only a couple vendors refunded damaged items.
- I don't recommend ordering any child clothing because the quality of fabric was poor.
- A few vendors charged me shipping that was not made known at the time of the order and they were in no way available to sort this out. I even complained to the better business bureau and apparently they are above that.
- Their online return system is a mascaraed, and there is no phone contact possible.
I will never order from this site again, buyer beware, no accountability and no consistency. I feel robbed and the stress was definitely not wort it."

"I ordered a refurbished Iphone 6s from Aliexpress.
The package arrived in my mailbox, and the horror when I opened my locked box the package had been opened by I do not know who and the iPhone was no longer in the package.
Aliexpress refuses to reimburse me and tells me to make do with the post office.
I do not recommend ordering expensive items from Aliexpress because in the event of a problem, this merchant completely accepts no responsibility."

"I have just deactivated my account after many years of ordering from you ..got scammed this year out of a lot of money ..fake packages sending it to wrong address saying its my fault when they clearly had the correct address. No refunds . Ali was wonderful years ago but it has turned into a scam .I used to sing your praises but now I am telling everyone I know not to order from you anymore . I order over 700 products from you over the years .But this year when I have ordered I didnt receive my package lost over a hundred dollars .Not fair and customer service was not helpful and was rude . I tried to be nice but you just dont care about your customers anymore and its sad . Their are other sites that are better and thats where I will be doing my shopping for now on.."
