I ordered a Huawei Band 4 Pro fitness bracelet.
The seller sent me a WOMAN'S BRA! I am a man!
I submitted a dispute and requested a refund.
The dispute went to AliExpress arbitration.
AliExpress arbitration told me to upload as evidence proof photos of package with tracking number, waybill and item sent.
I uploaded the requested evidence as proof.
AliExpress arbitration ruled against me. NO REFUND.
Reason? Insufficient evidence proof! But I uploaded what you asked for? No explanation given about what was insufficient.
No way to appeal, no other channels of communication open.
AliExpress allowed this seller to defraud me and steal $50 from me.
AliExpress protects fraudulent and incompetent sellers.
They do not protect honest buyers.
Waste of money, waste of time.

"I purchased a $130 CAD product in May and waited patiently until August to check on up it being that it said "If it does not arrive by August XXth you can request a full refund". So, I check and my package had been RETURNED TO THE SELLER! So, I ask for a full refund and what do I get? "The buyer and seller couldnt agree, so we will give you $57.00" !! So, I did NOTHING wrong, waited patiently and never received my product yet got scammed for almost 2/3 of the cost. The seller is/was completely silent, so how did they "disagree" ?
The website has a page that says FULL REFUND if your product is not received. We supposedly have buyer protection. Apparently not!
This website is a complete and utter scam. I've been robbed of about $70 CAD. In fact, until I receive my "refund" of $57 I'll assume I've been scammed out of the full $130.
Do not buy anything from this website and spread the word that they are a scam company."
"I ordered a pair of the fur covered sandals at the end of April 2020. Good thing they were only $20 dollars ($12 for the sandals and $8 for the shipping). They said it would take up to 30 days, which I understand because the pandemic so things get pushed back. After 2 months I opened a ticket asking for my money back, the response was that I couldn't get my money back because the seller was still under some protection and to please wait 10 more days, well it's now the end of July and still no sandals and no refund everytime I open a new ticket they just keep asking me to wait even last one said please wait 6 more days. Don't order from here you won't ever get your products and you won't get your money back. It's a scam."

"I purchased 2 bathroom sink faucets from Ali for $100+ Only one LED goes on and it screams like a banshee. Ali says it is normal for LED to shriek; it is the voice of the LED. Funny nothing in the advert says get ear plugs to use your faucets. In the other three faucets the LED doesn’t work so no screaming. Their offer at settlement--$8. That won’t cover the cost of new, non-screaming faucets or a plumber to try to repair these. Can you say RIP OFF?! My research says the “voice” is a convenient but ready excuse to avoid responsibility for crap on sale. DON’T BUY FROM ALI!!!!! Ali sells cheap Chinese garbage and then keeps the money when it is proven to be garbage. Contacted Ali Express several times, they reviewed and each time asked me to wait and wait, I have been waiting and now Ali Express closed the dispute without solving it and getting me refund! "You may wait a long time but that's not the main issue.
My account was locked and no reason was given. I finally got it unlocked, but then certain features were always temporarily unavailable (always). Like leaving feed back or tracking.
Tracking when you can read it says almost nothing, it mentions no cities or even countries. Sometimes it says origin or destination country but it's virtually useless.
I made 3 orders all totaling less than 10 dollars combined. One was "rejected" by the airline. The company asked for more money for shipping even though it was supposed to be free. Of course, I was unable to leave feedback due to account being "temporarily unavailable" even though I was logged in and looking at my orders. I've spent hours chatting with the sellers and customer service. Mostly, the translation is unreadable in English.
Be prepared to either lose your money or spend hours trying to resolve issues with the order or your account.

"It happens to me twice now that packages are not received (Living in Germany).
The Chinese tracking system is telling that the parcel was received. So to get your money back you need
a paper from your post office that the parcel was not received.
In Germany you will never get something like that for a parcel which was sent by Chinese post.
They do this only for parcels inside of Germany - sent with German Post!
So even if the platform AE is trying to help you - without this paper from your postoffice you will not get any money back.
Buyer protection is not working at all!!
So better buy from a local platform - or throw your money directly out of the window - has the same knock-on effect.
Apart from that delivery times are far too long - 1 to 3 months"

One star because they refund 60 days later.
All the shops didn't change the shipping time while they know that the shipping time is at least 3 months (if the item arrive).
Put orders 2022 and later when things come back to normal.
Aliexpress doesn' t control the sellers and they sent fake or untraceable tracking numbers.
Inform the people for the real shipping time."

"I cannot give even 1 star. Its about 10 days my orders are coming to uk with à wrong address so cannot be deliver. When I try to contact customer service with chat they are all of them almost insulting me. (heve screen shot) They gave the wrong address. Today they blocked me from doing any order or to even contact seller. They send me an email asking me to give them the return tracking number ?? How ? I did not received the order. Post office returned it directly without telling me because they dont have my contact. They dont want to refund me do they took from le about 133 pounds.
All my order will return to sellers and I dont know where is my money. I Just found out that many many People have the same issue on their Facebook page"
"Free delivery is free because they do not deliver anything. They also do not provide a way to resolve the problem, as they do not provide contact details for the supposed courier. It's a gamble of whether you will receive your items, or if you will be able to use the poor quality items if you do receive it. For me, I will not waste my time with these thieves again."
