I've placed few orders in the last weeks and every single chinese seller that I have interacted with turned out to be liars, scammers and outright Imbeciles.
They lie where the item is shipped. If you choose to pay more and have the item shipped from an EU based warehouse you are, in reality, just getting a faster shipment from some unknown place in china.
When you ask for a tracking number, most of the times they will give you a random set of numbers and point you to a generic track website which, like most incompetent chinese sellers, does its best to distract you from the from the fact you are being scammed.
Then comes the infuriating part.
When you open a conversation with them it's like talking to a push to talk plush toy.
They are very skilled barely construct a sentence in English that starts with "friend" and ends with "wait until the end of the day for the carrier to update" usually until you are able to open a dispute.
Then comes the worst. Aliexpress itself. They are, if I'm being kind, accomplices but most likely inept thieves that live well with this type of scam culture.
The dispute process is ridiculous where you have to interact with the lying scammer that you originally couldn't communicate with.
AliExpress will not intervene until a "data in the future". The scammer that you ordered the "product" from stays silent until the day before the deadline runs out.
It is then when you find out that the product you ordered from the EU warehouse was actually Shipped from shenzhen and you actually have to wait, not 15 days but up to 50 days, as that is the time set for Ali Express to refund you.
Eventually, and if you are lucky, AliExpress decides to refund your money, you may end up receiving less than you paid for. That is because, even though you paid in one currency, they will always refund you in the dollar value.
Also, there is no way to contact the support with an issue, as they will only have a chinese built automatic answering bot.
This is so prevalent that they obscure the real seller ratings and allow the sellers to post fake images simulating positive feedback on the item page.
Please be warned. I have tried this website a few weeks ago and ordered a few products. All except one were met with scammers with the exact same behaviour.
I know, as it is typical with this chinese websites, that this review will be drowned in a sea of 5 star reviews from users that magically sing up to review and disappear.
I would like to think Trustpilot is better than this and I will keep watching if it is worth continuing to write my reviews here.

Considering to that information in the Singapore Post, I have concluded that the order number 8011807615123148 obviously was never sent, so, on April 10, 2020, I have opened a dispute on Aliexpress for a reason that the tracking information on Cainiao Standard was fake!
Aliexpess has decided about my dispute on four occasions, on April 10, 2020, April 20, 2020, April 30, 2020 and May 10, 2020, and refused to make deciision on the dispute for reasons, I quote: "After checking the tracking information, this order is still within purchase protection time, please be patience waiting for the international package." And again and again, for the fourth time Aliexpress has decided: "Please continue to wait for 10 days".
I note that Aliexpress did the same thing with the remaining three disputes.
So, on cainiao.com for the tracking number RB932504083SG (order ID: 8011807615123148) already 47 days says: "Your parcel has left for the destination country" which is completely false and fictitious information since there is no information about the same tracking number on Singapore Post.
In other words, Aliexpress completely unfoundedly refuses to decide about my four disputes and refund me $ 73.64 (I did not include the lost value of the coupons here) since it is clear to every reasonable man as well that these four orders never left China and will never reach its destination!

They asked for evidence of waybills, but waybills will actually show the amount that I initially order when it is an order of 2700 pieces. "I purchased an item from AliExpress that was supposed to be in the US but came from China. Accounting for the other posts to the long delay in getting items. That was not the problem and the reason for the ONE STAR (should have been less). I received a defective electronic product that was DOA (dead on arrival), the same day I received it I reported the problem to AliExpress and opened a dispute (their version of a claim). First thing that happened was the merchant supplying the product refused to do anything about it, even after I followed their guide lines of sending in photo and video proof that the unit would not turn on.
Then to add salt to the wound AliExpress did the same thing and closed the case before resolving their warranty issue. The company has a good line about customer service and guaranteeing what they sell but obviously does not fulfill on that.
I classify AliExpress "BUNCH OF CROOKS" FOR THEIR FAILURE TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

"Wish I could give ZERO stars. First order I placed was great. Went back and reviewed seller ratings and ordered multiple items from two different sellers with better ratings. Waited 30 days only to find out the larger order was CLOSED due to non payment, even though both charges were on my credit card. Tried emailing with seller who insisted they never got paid, and there is NOWHERE to speak to a customer service rep. Finally had to open a dispute with my credit card. Second package arrived with 2 out of the 5 items ordered.... Seller told me it was returned due to customs issues and to open a dispute. Which I am unable to do because when I try to look up the order with the order number I get a notice that nothing matches that number... and it shows NO ORDERS! So I have two charges on my credit card from two transactions and only two small items from the twenty or so ordered. And absolutely NO WAY to open a dispute with them or get the refund other than relying on my credit card company. I will never, ever order through them again.
