"The Manufacture sent the wrong items and the Manufacture will not send a shipping label for me to return them. It will cost me more than the order is worth to send them back (over $300.00). So far, no one from Alibaba has reached out to me to help us. It is going through their resolution process but the Manufacture has blatantly lied and told them that their product meets my requirements. I ordered CAT40 "Dual Contact Holders" and received CAT40 "Single Contact" holders. That information is on our Purchase Order to them and in our Conversation on the Alibaba Texting site I am requesting a phone call from Alibaba to explain the facts of our situation.
