"I would give this company no stars if I was able to. So I placed an order on 10/27 and 10/28, let me first let you know that the order I placed on 10/28 was canceled and no one notified me I started looking for an email that I never got, it wasn't until I looked online and seen it was canceled. Don't even bother with the coupons/promotions they send because if you use them they get it back in shipping cost and if you get free shipping then you can't use the coupons. Took 2 weeks to get the items, I ordered 10 items but only received 7. When I called o was informed that all the tops that I ordered for the bottoms were on back order with no estimated arrival date. When I asked why I wasn't notified no one could give me an answer. I was offered cancellation but was told I wasn't charged when I was. They refused to change the item for something similar and tried to make me pay for the items again. I asked to return it and was told because it was on sale that I couldn't return or exchange the item. I'm still waiting for the hold to be removed from the canceled order on 10/28 and apparently I'm going to be waiting awhile for the tops to all the bottoms I ordered. I read the reviews and still decided to give this company a try but this company is garbage and the customer service is the worse. If you're wondering about the items that I did receive, the quality sucked the ran super big and not the size in the sizing chart they provided online. The scrubs looked cheap. Stay away from this company and shop in stores if you have the option. This company **** and will rip you off and try to double charge you if given the chance. Please don't purchase from here"
"I ordered 2 scrub tops on 9/16. They both arrived today 9/23. I ordered a Stitch M scrub top and a Marvel M Scrub top. I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing. I read them after and did a lot of research. The reviews had me worried I was scammed. I tried to check my order status and it would say my order didn’t exist which concerned me even more. I called the customer service number and got an immediate answer. The representative was so kind. They explained their website was being updated. The told me my items were shipped 9/19 and would arrive today. They did arrive today. It was exactly what I ordered. I’m 155lb and both M tips for perfectly. All these bad reviews had me worried for nothing. This company is not a scam. They have wonderful customer service. They are based in California. I received my items sooner than I expected. I will order again and I’m pleased with my purchase."

"The lab coat sent to me was not the same one as advertised in the picture on their site. When asked to send photos to confirm, they tell me that because the jackets were embroidered, they can't be returned. THEY SENT ME A DIFFERENT JACKET THAN THE ONE THAT WAS ADVERTISED! The buttons in the photo were 4-hole flat. The buttons on the jacket sent to me were half shank fabric. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I would never recommend this company. I would go with to Medelita, Figs or Uniform Advantage"

"Very disappointed! I needed this uniforms like 2 weeks ago and this company has the nerve to ship one pair of pant's out of six items that were ordered on the 26th of November. It still says that the order is not shipped and it's almost three weeks now. The company specified that the items were in stock and once I paid my whole order is broken up into pieces. "on July 3, 2021 I bought 2 sets of scrubs for my 5'6 135# FEMALE employee with embroidery of her name and our office. On 7/12 I received the scrub sets - GIGANTIC scrubs labelled 'med', obviously mislabeled.
They were so big they fit me - a 6' 215 pound MALE. I usually take XL clothes.
Allheart said 'we don't allow return or exchanges on embroidered clothes'.
Now I understand this company's real 'policy' - an embroidered order automatically means that they will send mis-sized clothing and stand behind the 'no return on embroidered' items when the customer complains.

"To make a long story short, I placed an order for 4 items. Two shipped and I was charged for those two. The remaining amount was charged to my card 3 separate times. When I called the company, the representative said it would resolve once the item shipped. I knew it was bs but decided to wait and see. The next morning, got an email that the items couldn’t be shipped due to a problem with my card…..another charge was added. So a total of 4 charges with no items and an email that they aren’t shipping. I got my bank involved and the company said they have no records of these charges. My bank handled it and I cancelled the remaining of my order and the bank informed me that they were trying to process a 5th!!!!! charge. I am absolutely appalled and with all these similar reviews think this company should be shut down. Do not order anything from them. "
"This is without a doubt, the absolute WORST company I've ever ordered from! I wanted to surprise my son by ordering him the CORE Digital Stethoscope since he's going to school to become a Flight Paramedic, and this is the most recommended stethoscope for Paramedics. The stethoscope I ordered is $299.98, and I also paid the very small fee for a note to be included, since it's a gift (I guess I just assumed the note would be done in a very fancy form of calligraphy) NOT!! AllHeart took $456.38 out of my account... Keep in mind, I figured with the delivery cost and the currency exchange, the huge difference in price made sense. What I received was a MALFUNCTIONED, UNUSABLE, totally different stethoscope that cost $165.32, and the note was handwritten by what appears to be a 5th or 6th grade student! I immediately notified your customer service (she was very nice), and I was told that since the stethoscope was engraved, I would need to address the entire situation to your corporate office, which I did on the very same day! Mind you, I've received several very polite emails from AllHeart Support, thanking me for my patience, yet no one from your Corporate office had contacted me. This evening, I received another email, basically informing me that since the stethoscope is damaged, I'll need to go through Littman's Warranty process! Not only does AllHeart send the wrong products, but this HORRIBLE company apparently enjoys sending people defective products, then they expect the customer to deal with the manufacturer, over some sort of warranty, so CLEARLY, AllHeart is a company that does NOT stand by the products they sell! The lady I had initially spoken with, told me they "don't ship the CORE Digital Stethoscope to Canada", yet you ship everything else on your site?? (Really... hmmm "
"I was excited to order as coworkers have and loved the scrubs. I made an order of almost $300. Couple days later I noticed the amount was taken twice out of my bank. They informed me I had made 2 orders which I had not as the orders were both the exact same. They stated I would have to send one back when I received it for the refund. Well 3 months later I have just finally gotten part of the refund. I have sent a copy of what came out of my account as they only put part back in not accounting for the exchange. I have never had such bad customer service experience. This has gone on way to long and I will never order from them again and definitely not recommend them to any coworkers even though they all live the scrubs I have gotten. "

“ I’m going to be completely honest, I don’t know if I’ll be back to make an order again, which is a shame as I’ve been ordering scrubs from you since way back in the day when the hospital I worked at would leave catalogues in the break room for us, so, it’s been 20+ years of ordering most of my scrubs from you guys.
Why you ask? First, the website is hard to use. In fact my account doesn’t even have the “Order History” section your FAQ’s sheet states it does to reference for ease of order retrieval. Multiple times I’ve had issues with the right item arriving, and once again the last order showed up with the wrong size that I can’t even reference back to my order history to confirm I ordered the right thing.
I also now have an item in back order that your site said was in stock when I ordered it. The last time this occurred months later I finally had to ask for my money back because it never arrived, nor the supposed replacement sent out. To boot, I wasn’t notified that it was on back order this time, you know, that would be an important thing to know and should have either been notified by email or at least a packing slip in my order when it arrived?
As it was, you guys almost didn’t get this order because when I originally tried to place my order the buy one get one 50% off only applied to items less than $20.00 even though they stated on their product page they were part of the sale and I couldn’t get a real person on the phone when I tried to call regarding it. I finally decided I didn’t need two of the items without trying them on Lastly, the next day shipping is a joke. I have never had an order leave the following day, and I was only dumb enough to pay for expedited shipping once. On that memorable occasion you took 2 full weeks to ship the item. I train other healthcare workers and often have shared promotions with not only my trainees but my crews in all clinic/unit sites I’ve worked. I placed my order, my card was charged and was given order #AH 009487883 and given confirmation that I receive my full order.The next day I was informed that the shirt was on back order and I would receive on 3/8/2021. "I’ve made 3 purchases from this company over a 5 year span. They pull money randomly from your account without notifying you as things ship. Buy 5 pieces? They will most likely all ship separately and money will be pulled as they ship over a 1-2 month period. Terrible customer service as well."

On October 28 I tried tracking my order, no order number found. Today is October 28th I contacted customer service for an explanation. Her response your Order number is. I had to remind her I payed for faster shipping. She says I can refund you amount to your card with 3-5 business days. Take this from someone who has dealt with this company, take your business to a company who values your time and money. The tracking number they send to your email is a joke.
