"If you order pants from Allheart, order at least 2 sizes larger than what you normally wear. I have room in a small from other companies and can wear an XS, though not comfortably. I ordered small from Allheart and cannot pull them up over my hips. I doubt I could even wear a medium comfortably I would need a large. Considering I wear a size 8 jeans, that is ridiculous. "

"The products are fine, but their preferred shipping is Smartpost by Fedex which is a combo Fedex/USPS and takes longer than shipping by USPS alone.
They just need to remove the FedEx Smartpost option and either have Fedex or USPS priority shipping rates. I ordered a package that shipped on 9/4 from Dallas, TX to Charlottesville, VA. The package will arrive here on 9/17 with two fedex revisions to the arrival date. USPS shipping would have had it here by 9/10 at the very latest.

"I placed an order on 8/30/2018 for 5 items-3 pair of Koi pants and 2 Koi tops. Upon receiving the shipping confirmation I noticed the following message-In stock at Alternate Warehouse - Your order will have a slight delivery delay.. I don't recall seeing that massage when I actually ordered the item. Five days later I still have not heard from them so I called. The agent told me they were in the "process of being made". Lol What does that even mean? I'm pretty sure they are not making Koi scrub pants to order. She told me they wouldn't ship until September 13th. At that point I cancelled the order and went to Scrubs and Beyond, placed the same order and 36 hours later it has shipped. Too bad for them-they lost a $134 sale and a future customer"
"In a time an age where competitors provide full refunds online when clothing does not fit, it's the wrong color than advertised, fabric is not what expected, etc... it's only fair to the purchaser to get a full refund! Paid $18 for a scrub top and Allheart will only refund $9. What a rip off (Allheart has been around long enough and make more than enough profit to afford full refunds!) ! Will never purchase anything from this site again! Competitors that provide full refunds are realistic when it comes to clothing purchases and realize that things just may night fit correctly and if they want your business, they will help you out, but not Allheart. What a waste of time and money. Glad it was only one item! "
"Refund to PayPal first was told me it was done on 8/6 thru email. After I called when I never received it they said it was never done. So they finally did it on the 13th. Still no refund. PayPal takes a day to credit. This place is the worse. If you are smart you will never order from here. "
"Ordered a scrub top and first of all it took more than a week to ship it. Then their sizing was totally off I bought a size bigger than I usually wear and it didn't even come close to fiting. I then contacted them to return it and was told that since I tried it on its considered worn!!! What?!?!?! I was then told I would have to pay to return it and pay a high restocking fee but since it was worn I would be exchanged or refunded. Most horrible experience to date on online shopping. I don't recommend using this company...it so isn't worth it. They steal your money!"
"I ordered 4 scrubs but 2 were too small. I tried to make an exchage on line but could not find the option for changing part of the order. I called the service number and got the nastiest person that I ever encountered. She flatly told me to do it on line. When i told her that I had tried but did not see the option of exchanging part of the order, she snapped at me: "Yes, there is", without telling me where to find it, or helping me to make the exchange on the phone. I went back on-line but could not find the exchange option, only returning and making a new order. I filled out all of the information for return, only to find out that the return and shipping/handling fee would cost more than the scrub itself !!! "
"I ordered uniforms for our office and paid extra for two day shipping. I only received half of my order when called I was told that the rest of the order was in back order (I was not told this when I ordered). I ask for a refund on shipping but she told me she could only give me half of a refund. We had pictures scheduled for our office and now we will have to rescheduled because of their mess up."
"I just recently placed two orders with allheart having only briefly heard of them once. Instead of telling me that one of the shirts was on back order so it would add 6 days to the process, they chose to tell me after the fact, when I emailed them asking where my package shipment info was. Anyways I placed this order on may 10th. The second order I placed on may 12th . Supposedly I should be receiving one today (which didn’t happen) and one tomorrow. The order I placed first is the second package coming, it’s just too much for a few pair of scrubs when I could have ordered from anywhere Else!!
I had also ordered one set off amazon, I received them 5 days ago! Moral of the story-I strongly advice looking elsewhere regardless of the several thousand options allheart has! Best of luck!"
"I sent back a pair of shoes I found uncomfortable. They refunded my money to some random credit card number that was NOT mine! After a month of calling and fighting them, they just said sorry but there is nothing we can do! I have reported them to the BBB and I will NEVER order from them again!"
