allheart return policy

"My wife ordered 4 shirts from allheart. One was too short. I went to their easy return link and was informed that we would have to pay 8.99 for a return label. Never ordering from them again. Buyer beware!!!"

Don’t order anything from this place.

"I’ve ordered from them twice. Each time, they sent the wrong items. Either the scrub tops were the wrong size, or the shipping info was inaccurate. I verified that all the information I entered was correct.
When I got the email with the tracking numbers, I checked to make sure the description of what was being tracked was accurate. They shipped the right size and style according to the tracking email. HOWEVER, when it arrived, it was both the wrong size and style.
The first time this happened, the representative told me that I entered the information incorrectly. I didn’t. The second, and last, time that it happened, I paid very close attention to all the details. And when I called, the representative tried to tell me the same thing again.
So I asked to speak to a Manager. The manager found all the right invoices. And he confirmed that they made the mistake. So I told him that after all the trouble BOTH TIMES, that I feel it’s appropriate for me to expect them to send the correct items top priority and all for free.
Of course they refused. In fact, all they were willing to do was send the correct items at cost but not charge for shipping. I’ve already got crap from them that I can’t use. Do they really think I’m going to pay more money just to risk not getting the right stuff this time? Hell, no!

Shipping

"I ordered a Littman Cardiology IV personalized stethoscope. I was tracking my package and noticed that I had a shipping date of Thursday February 8th. My package went from being in Texas, to Alabama, to Georgia! Why send my package to Georgia when I live in Alabama? My shipping date then changed to Saturday February 10th. I called customer service and the representative said that since I chose Economy shipping, my package is probably on route with a carrier. (As in, it could have been delivered but since I chose this shipping method they are going to ride around with my package for a few days instead of, delivering it to me as scheduled the first time). The representative also stated that my shipping date could have changed due to weather. For $227 my package should have been here by now. I WILL NOT buy anything else from All Heart! A waste of my time and money. Hopefully, my stethoscope will come on Saturday and come looking like it looked when I ordered it. Smh! (Update: My product just arrived and it arrived on time. It looked exactly like I ordered it so I will give this product 4 stars!)"

"I followed the size chart and ordered personalized scrubs for my daughter. They are so small they would fit a toddler. I can't return due to the personalization. The customer service reps did nothing. They don't care. So here's my scathing review - throwing my unworn scrubs away now. Boo."

"The worst customer service and free shipping means you may receive your order in three weeks. It’s better to pay a couple extra dollars and order from a reliable source. I’ve ordered from these people three times and receive the same shipping experience in customer service experience each time. I will never order from them again."

Return shipping fees

"I ordered a scrub top, using their sizing guidelines. My top arrived and it was much too small. When I ordered I had paid $5 for shipping, but when I went online to do the return, they charged me $8.99 for return shipping on a $13 top! That's outrageous. I'm going to save myself the aggravation and just donate the top to Goodwill. I'll never order from allheart again. "

Absolute runaround

"Honestly, theres just nothing good I can say about this company. I have had the ultimate frustration over the past MONTH AND A HALF trying to deal with them and now that I finally recieved my scrubs, the XS tops I ordered for my XS self look like I'm wearing a literal tent. I was relieved seeing that they had a decent return policy, but after reading more people's experiences I probably just wont bother with going through the hassle, again. As inviting as their company is, I can say that I will NEVER deal with them again."

Frustrating

"I received an email claiming that my card, which I use constantly, was not charged as my order had been cancelled.

The heck? No explanation was included as to why it had been cancelled.

The email stated I can reply back with any questions or comments, but my email response bounced back, twice.

Nobody home...:/

Poor customer service and return policy

"I ordered from All heart and after a lenghty shipping process (11 days), I realized I ordered the wrong size. So I read online about their return policy, which stated no additional shipping or processing fees and they would not refund original shipping costs. Well I purchased during a promotional period with free shipping so that didn't apply. Once I processed my refund there was a $8.98 return label processing fee. I was a little upset with the inconsistencies between their policy and actual process so I called to question and the customer service rep was less than polite. She told me well there is a fee if you use our return label to which I repeated their online policy and her reply was "well as I just stated if you use our return label it's $8.98" Rude! Won't be using them again."

Defective Scrubs

"The scrubs I received had the neck size of a 5 year old. All Heart does not refund all of your money either, even though this is their fault, hence their average rating of 1 star. They keep the cost for shipping and often don't refund the entire price of the item as a return fee. After almost a month, I called and was told they will refund me for the entire price of scrubs but not the $12 shipping fee. Will not order from All Heart ever again."

Complete Rip Off

"I ordered from this company with the promise of lowest prices guaranteed. Upon research I found the exact stethoscope on another site $30 cheaper than I paid. I contacted the company who has the "110% refund if found cheaper" advertisement. They graciously refunded me $19 after much hesitation. That is not even 100% of the price difference!! The next rip off came with the shipping. I was charged $17.95 to ship a stethoscope and upon shipping they sent it via FedEX smart post, aka the pony express!! Come on!! That much for such cheap shipping?? It could have easily went flat rate USPS and they still would have made a profit on shipping and the product would have arrived in 2-3 days instead of the 12 it took to be delivered!! Upon speaking to customer service I was given the brush off, a rude email and the excuse that my personalization delayed the shipping! WHAT?? That had nothing to do with the fact presented to this company!! I suggest you do what I failed to do. Research a little further and purchase from another dealer. www.steeles.com has the best deal on Littmann, the monogram is half price, and shipping is a flat $5.95!!! Do not make the same mistake I did! "

Better then I expected

"After reading reviews, I regret ordering scrubs before doing my research about the company, but I was pleasantly surprised. My order arrived even before they said it will. It was shipped day after ordering and arrived 5 days later.
Fabric is not as good as I would like it too be, but still don't have nothing bad to say about company so far.

Order filled incorrectly twice!

"Horrible experience! I ordered a pair of danskos and was sent the incorrect size, not the size I ordered. I returned them via mail, was told that they could not process the return for 3-4 weeks and then my correct size would be sent. I waited a month an a half and contacted them again, finally my shoes were sent. They were the incorrect size again! I called the customer service and their offer was for me to return the shoes again, wait 3 weeks and they would place a new order for the correct pair of shoes. The turn around for this would be over 2.5 months for a pair of shoes. Ridiculous. I will never use this company again. Poor customer service and incompetent. "

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"This has been one of the worst experience with ordering online ever. I ordered my stethoscope beginning of May. They took out my money but when I called to check up on the product they kept saying they couldn't find my information. I gave them my name, emails, boyfriends name, emails, etc. They promised me phone calls back and I never would hear from them. I called them almost daily for a week straight trying to find answers. Then they FINALLY found my order and offered 20% off my NEXT purchase. As if I would EVER use them again. "
