"I have ordered pet products and medicines from many web sites, and AllVetMed.com is as easy a site to use as any other and the prices are OK, so I thought I would try them out. Boy, am I sorry I did! They took my money from my account and sat on my order. After over 2 weeks and 3 email promises from them that my order was going out tomorrow, I finally cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They promised a refund in 24 to 48 hours and of course I did not get my refund yet. Will have to sick my bank on them now! What a waste of time! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CREEPS! UPS says they got it from you on 3/8/13 (the last day Fabian said it should arrive at my house).
It isn't going to arrive at my house until 3/13/13!!

"Terrible Customer Service..........I ordered meds from allvet on Jan 30 2013 and still not received much needed medication. I have been trying to get these people to get the approval to my vet for this medication for the last couple of weeks. There is nothing wrong with my vets fax or email and my vets staff has also tried to contact them and has not succeeded. They also said the would call me if there ever was a problem, No calls from them. Yesterday, I asked them to email me the request so I can personally bring it to the vet to get it signed and have them approve and fax it back to them. This has not happened either.
None of their customer service lines are operatating properly. I cannot get a hold of anybody that can get this straightened out. This is ridiculous, I need these medication which I paid for in good faith right away. "

I placed the order on 1/28 and I was told it would ship and I will would it in about 8 days. My credit card was charged on the same day and today I went online and the medicine has not shipped. No customer service period. I have called their 800 line 12 times today and I finally got a live person to cancel the order. Additionally I called my credit card company for protection as well. Ordered on Jan 11th and they were real quick to charge my credit card. It's Feb. 4 and product has not been shipped. Very difficult to get through to a person to complain or inquire about order -- after 5 minutes on hold, I'm disconnected. When I do talk to someone, I'm given the same story each time -- "product arrived that day and will be shipped tomorrow." But nothing is ever mailed.
Tried reaching them by email, but no response that way.
Finally called my credit card company and they are investigating and refunding my payment. I emailed a cancellation of order to allvetmeds, but my allvetmed account shows the order is still pending.
NEVER, EVER do business with this shyster company. Look at all the negative reviews and figure the odds that you'll get what you ordered. Is it worth the headaches, hassle, and wasted time? Their products/drugs are look inexpensive, until you realize that YOU'LL NEVER GET ANYTHING. "

"Ordered critical heart medication for my dog. After about 10 days I received notice that it shipped but nothing arrived within a week. Contacted them multiple times but received no responses. Finally received order two additional weeks later. Sent them email telling them what I thought of their customer service and as a result they closed my account. Never received a response of any kind. This outfit is a joke. "

12/6- Sent email to customer service asking if it had shipped
12/7- They said yes and I should see a tracking number soon
12/12 - Still no package or tracking number, sent email
12/13 - They gave me a bogus tracking number that showed nothing.
12/16 Called customer and was told the package shipped on 12/13 from Florida. I mentioned the above issues and she said it was an error on an employees part. She said the tracking number should be working soon. Still didnt work on 12/17.
12/17 - I came across this website and called back asking for them to cancel my order and give a refund. They said sure because the package hasn't actually shipped yet. Really? So I had been lied to multiple times. They blamed it on shipping
12/19 - Received a refund notice. Now to wait and see if the money actually is credited. Alerted my credit card comapny of the issue."
"I wish I had discovered this site before I ordered from AllVetMed. I ordered 2 prescriptions, one very difficult to find. A week later, no word so I called. Yes, they had verified the Rx with my vet. No, she did not know if it was it stock,but she'd have someone call. No call. Tried several times, finally reached someone a week later. NOT IN STOCK. Wrote an angry email: when were they going to let me know? Cancel this order. Reply: "okay, we cancelled". No apology. Rotten service. Do not do business we these people. I had to show my vet the cancel in order to renew the prescriptions with a good company *1800PETMEDS* - where I should have ordered in the first place. They got me the meds in 3 days."

"This website is terrible. I ordered Heartgard on November 6, it is now December 4. I have been calling them every day now trying to find out if they will ever ship my order. I called Friday they said it would ship Monday. I call Monday they said it would ship the following day and so on. Terrible customer service. You are lucky if you can even get someone on the phone to talk to you. Once they are on the phone they can't answer any of your questions. Don't waste your time or money with this company."
