"TOOK MY MONEY< SENT NOTHING! two full weeks after ordering making SURE my vet had faxed the prescription twice, calling to make sure they had it. Order still says "processing" Every time I call there it takes an hour to get through to anyone (hint, chose "new customer" option) to be told my order was being held because the nutritional supplement was backordered. I asked point blank... "my order has not shipped?" they said "NO" I cancelled the order, and was told I would get a refund processed to my paypal acct. in two days. I DID NOT. Miraculously ,though, the next morning my order was changed to "shipped". Imagine that! Suffice to say, the worthless tracking number is a delivery confirmation. ALLVETMED does not offer an insurance option, and because it is delivered by USPost carrier, there is no way to find out anything, or get insurance. All in all, I have beed robbed by these crooks of 110 dollars. I had to get the prescription through another company, I have no hope of getting any satisfaction from this company in person. I am sure I will get one of the glib responses about how much they care about their customers, like the other reviewers here have gotten. But, until I get my 110 dollars back, I am going to post a review somewhere.... EVERY DAY"
"Wow!!! People... Let's remember that we're dealing with human beings! Some of the reviews on here caused me great concern because I saw them after I placed my order, but I didn't panic and cancel. I think it helps to remember that there is a process in ordering prescription medications regardless of where you're ordering them from. The company selling the medicines by law has to verify the prescription with the physician who wrote it. This takes time because they have to wait for the authorization back from the vet's office. Also, if it's a critical medication for your pet; why not get a couple of days' worth from your vet even if it costs a bit more so that you can get your pet started while you wait for your order to ship? I wish I would have done that but I only thought about it today when I realized that since it was going to take a day to go through the authorization process with my vet, the medicine wouldn't be here before the weekend. I went ahead and upgraded my order to overnight shipping so it will arrive tomorrow. I called and spoke with Dani who was helpful, calm and professional. She helped me change my order and assured me that I would receive an email with a tracking number before the end of the day - which I received a little while ago. All I can say is I'm glad I saved the huge amount of money that I did. The whole order was half what my vet wanted to charge (and that's including the shipping) and I don't have to drive a half hour to pick them up! Thank you Dani and thanks Allvetmed!!!"

After another week, I called customer service and was told my vet declined to issue the required prescription. They said they would send the portion of my order that didn't require a prescription. It finally arrived 7/16. It took another phone call to get a refund issued for the meds they never sent."
"I placed an order for Revolution for my dogs. 20 days later and I still have not received my order. 4 days ago they e-mailed me a tracking number. However, this tracking number shows up as invalid in the UPS system. My dogs rely on this monthly medication and this company seems to be playing games with a lot of their customers. BUYER BEWARE!!
Update 7/17/2012 : The order did arrive via UPS and was the correct order. However, the company does need to tidy up some of their business practices:
1) Sending the correct tracking number at the time of shipment.
2) Not blatantly hanging up the phone when attempting to reach customer service.
3) Being a little quicker with sending out shipments."

My dog is literally dying and I placed an order for Viokase-v which is an rx and my vet was able to be reached right away. I made a huge mistake and should have had this med shipped to me much quicker but I emailed them and they were very nice and told me that they would send the med out second day air as soon as they got verification from my vet, I was so thankful, such nice people. well it should have arrived on July 10th but it didn't show so I called them and I spoke to a lady named Danny and she told me that they had made a mistake and it went out regular mail, she tried to track the package with no luck and asked me to call back the next day so I did. she said the package was lost and that she would ship me out a new package right away. It’s now Thursday the 12 of July and Danny tells me that they are all out of Viokase but she will order it from the manufacture and get it in on Friday and ship it out to me via sat delivery. oh my ... ...are you kidding me?? I get a call from my wife saying that they didn't get the medication in and they now do not know when they will get it. I really trusted them and thought they were being honest with me and I was fooled!
The problem is that my dog is dying still and I need this medication right away. I have sent them 2 emails just today and many prior and many many phone calls and today I have called them probably 100 times and I keeps getting disconnected or hung up on. If I even find a place today that will ship this medication out to me for sat delivery it will probably cost me and extra $60 to $80 dollars. I struggle to pay my bills and this how a good person gets treated. AllVetMed should be ashamed of themselves! what if it was your family member is this how you would want them to be treated?
In the future I will purchase from any other company because I just can’t trust what allvetmed tells me.
I'll try and say a prayer for your company as you should really treat people better than this!

Your company had my work number and not once did anyone contact me to try and rectify any issues! on the other hand I must have called your company 100 or more times just on Friday and either got disconnected or hung up on? That is ridiculous!
All I want from your company now if for you to return my money at once, meaning today the 16th of July as your company has made what should have been a nice transaction into Hell.
Also your lost package was brought to my house by the mail man and I told him to please send it back right away and that I am refusing the package.

"I received a confirmation email for my order from a PERSONAL email address. Freaked me out so I checked out reviews and was not surprised to find TERRIBLE reviews for this site. Then I noticed there are a number of typos on the website. WHY OH WHY did discounted prices lure me into stupidly giving out my credit card information and personal address and phone number... I feel so stupid. I couldn't log in to my "account" the day of the order, but was able to the day after. There is a tab to "change/cancel" an order - which allows you to do neither of these two things, even if the order is still pending. UGH. Tried to call customer service, only to have the call dropped (hung up?) twice after I was put on hold. Husband tried too to no avail. Then I got an email from customer service saying they needed the prescription from my vet (all capital letters in the email, very unprofessional). I emailed back requesting the order be CANCELLED and for confirmation of cancellation. No response.
I called my bank to dispute the charge on the account that this website is seemingly fraudulent, but nothing can be done as the charge is STILL pending. I sent the following email in response to my "order confirmation":
I am canceling this order and disputing this charge with my bank after reviewing a number of terrible reviews for this website (http://www.resellerratings.com/store/AllVetMed), not to mention the fact that I am unable to login to my "account," this receipt came from a personal email account, and there are a number of typos on the website that I failed to notice earlier. "I placed an order with this company on June 29th and used paypal, which was sent immediately. After reading numerous reviews, that I must say,I should have done before I placed te order. I too have been hung up on many times. When I did get to someone, they stated they had not gotten approval from the vet. I requested a refax, which I confirmed and it was approved and faxed back, which was on July 1st. It is now the 7th of July and was sent an email stating it would be here in 7 days. Its not here and no updates just "processing". I started calling today and called 20+ times with no answer. I found this really interesting since the website states they open at 10 am and the phone recording states they open at 9 am till 2 pm on Saturdays. It always sounded as if you were being transferred to someone but it was always to a voicemail. When I called after 2 pm, it goes directly to voicemail. I have filed a claim with PayPal and the BBB is next. I will update my review as a resolution is made. It is very interesting how all the responses are generic and really do not state the resolution, other than call back and they would happily help. However, you can't get to anyone when they state their open. Please read several reviews and you will see the consistancy, and there are way more bad reviews than good. I should have done my homework but a lesson learned. Today is July 12, and I received my order. I finally spoke to someone on Tuesday July 10, she stated that my order had shipped but could not locate the tracking number. She stated that she would resend the order with an extra bottle of shampoo and would ship 2nd day. It was shipped ground as the original order not as promised. She did include the shampoo. The order took 13 days not 7 as quoted with the original order confirmation . Please read the reply from AllVetMed. She states there was a delay due to changes to the prescription. I verified with my vet that there were no changes to the original prescription. This statement is false. AllVetMed has great pricing but lacks in service and is not fast as they claim. Do not order with high expectations or when you need meds quickly. "
