"I had purchased online with Allergy Buyers Club a humidifier with good reviews. I even chatted with a customer representative to confirm the description.
Not even, was it noisier then " whisper quiet" as advertised but there was a very annoying blue light LED that cannot be turned off and illuminated the bedroom at night.
I contacted Allergy buyers club the day after I received the item and they wanted a 25% restocking fee. This is a complete ripoff when so many other sites offer, not only free returns but no restocking fee. This club must not very confident of their own products to have that outrageous policy. Pass the word and avoid that merchant to avoid any headaches."

"Ordered a $500 Austin air purifier. Arrived defective. I contacted Allergy buyers club 2 x by phone to request a replacement and was told the person who would need to help we was not available. Made 3rd call and was told I could expect an email for returning the product. I received an email stating they received my request and an associate would reach out to me for assistance on the return. It has been 2 weeks now in total. Frustrated and recommend buying direct from Austin or other vendors."
"I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering pillows from Allergy Buyers Club. My order went smoothly and I received two pillows within about two weeks. Unfortunately, the pillows were too thin so I emailed the customer service department to ask for either an exchange for the next size up (thicker filling) or a refund.
I received the following response from 'Barbara' on September 1st:

I proceeded to follow those directions to the letter that very day and have not heard back from her since. I've emailed 'Barbara' twice (once on September 11th and again on October 13th) and called three times only to receive her voicemail. I have yet to receive a refund. I paid for the pillows and the return shipping and have no pillows or refund as of today (November 4th). I have a hard time believing it would take two months to get the pillows and process the refund. Especially since the company the pillows are from (and were returned to) is located in the same city as me. I could easily have driven to the company to bring the pillows back for free (and save $12.65 in shipping) but didn't want to give the Allergy Buyers Club a reason to deny a refund.
Long story short...do NOT purchase from this site. Maybe it would be okay to do research for the product you'd like on the site but do not make the same mistake as I and others have and purchase something from them."
"I ordered a Miele sweeper on 4/3, took over 2 weeks to receive and product was used and had been previously opened. I promptly returned on 4/20/15, it was signed for by Leo on 4/24/15. Called numerous times for my refund and have been promised for the weeks it would be credited in a few days per Susan. Called again today (6/7) talked to a Barbara when I gave her my order number she acted like she couldn't pull it up that she was locked out of my order once she realized I was calling for a refund. Same story, different day. It should not take over 6 weeks to get a refund! Somehow all their reviews disappear as well so if you're lucky enough to read this: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM!!! I've turned this over to a family friend that is an attorney for handling at this point. Save yourself the headaches and find someone else to purchase these products from."

"I bought a hard wood floor vac online through Allergy Buyers Club. (ABC) of Braintree MA. I did alot of research and read a lot of customer reviews. I called ABC with questions, and spoke with David. Questions were answered well, so I put in an order for the SEBO 'blue' unit. Dave sent me an email right away confirming the order. The vac. showed up in CA one week later. David sent an email 90 days later to check up on how the vac was working for me. I really like mu SEBO blue."
"I purchased 2 extremely expensive replacement filters for my IQ Air system. They promised fast shipping. My debit card was charged immediately; however after 3 weeks of no correspondence or shipping notification, I started trying to contact them. You get a run around, the customer service number is for sales only and will not address concerns. For two weeks I demanded that my order be cancelled so I could buy the filters f on a reputable company. Our air system had been down now for a month. They refused to cancel. I started gettin form letters via email saying the filters had shipped and would arrive by the end of the week. By Friday, no filters. I again demanded a refund. They refused and said the filters would arrive by the end of the next week. Finally, after nearly 5 weeks, they finally arrived. I will NEVER purchase from this shameful company again. I shouldn't have to beg for a product I paid for. They lie to you and refuse to cancel orders that are unsatisfactory. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. This company has a terrible reputation."

When I called to find out status (website is useless) they said I would get an email that day, never got it. They also said my package would come on Friday. It's Tuesday and they haven't delivered it. Do NOT order from these people, I'm unconvinced the quality of their stuff is better than something from amazon or macy's, so go somewhere where service is decent."
