"THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! It's taken 2 months to finally clear things up: they appear to own no stock, only being a reseller of others goods. We dealt with "Vanessa", who after selling us a "Blue" unit, immediately charged our card but could not provide any written information: no receipt for money paid, no order confirmation, no shipping information. She said it would be here a week ago but now can't say when it will arrive. We finally reached the manufacturer and was told they had received no order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS!!!"
