Everything went wrong and "one or two billing cycles" to get my refund...seriously!?!

"I ordered my shirt on 5/1/2020. Site promised 5/8/2020 delivery date. They emailed 5/8/2020, said "order delayed at warehouse". Same notification a few days later. Then, on 5/14/2020, received "product no longer available" email and informed it will take "one to two billing cycles" to return my money. SERIOUSLY!!!

It was a birthday gift for 5/11/2020 party for my sister's 60th birthday. EVERYTHING went wrong here!!! Would never order from them again and wonder if I will even get my $85 back. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

I have to click at least one star to leave a bad review

"I way over paid for my (4) shirts to be almost three weeks late. Spent way to long on the phone multiple times (the people on the phone were at least pleasant for the most part but I would rather them be mean and me get what I paid for). I really don't know where the confusion went when I ordered t-shirts from a t shirt site and paid for a guaranteed delivery date, only to be given another guaranteed delivery date by someone VERBALLY ON THE PHONE and then to have to change the shipping address for them to be a day late to their event. Needless to say I am not pleased, will never use this site and bad mouth it any chance I get. "

Never again

"I ordered 200 shirts for a youth event I was doing. They came late, the high res image I gave them came out blurry and my website which was a part of the print I sent them was completely missing though it was approved in the art proof. The first rep told me to take a pic of a shirt, email it back to them and I will be refunded my money. I did what he instructed, then handed the T-shirts out to the students at the event the next day. I was then told by the next rep that I needed to take a pic of at least 50 of the defected shirts in order to receive my refund. By that time, I had already given out the shirts and did not have 50 left for the pics. When I explained this to them, they didn't seem to care and only gave me back a partial refund. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and for them not to deliver on what was agreed on LACKS INTEGRITY. "

Great customer service and quality printing for a great price

"I had a very positive experience with allied shirts. The prints I got look great and I am very happy with the overall results and the price I paid for this short-run of prints. I did have an issue with the printing on a few of the shirts that arrived - but I emailed with customer service, sent them photos of the issues and they sent me a new shirts for no extra charge. Communication was great (all through email - my preference) and the turn around time was very reasonable.

All in all I would say that my experience with Allied was great and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. They seemed to me to be a very responsible and good t-shirt printing company.

The worst

"We ordered shirts for 13 teenage girls as a Halloween costume. They didn’t print one of the shirts as it was in the order. I called immediately and from day one got the run around. I even explained that this would be quite unfair for the girl who would be getting this shirt. They said they would get back to me...they didn’t. I had to call back and kept getting excuses! They are horrible. Thanks for ruining a 12 year old’s Halloween!! "

At Least They Showed Up On Time?!

"I will admit to taking a chance on this company because I was against a tight-ish deadline and needed a lot of small runs for a pop-up event. They were one of the few companies that confirmed they could do short runs at a reasonable price and get them to me when I needed them. The problems started a few days after my orders (I had two separate batches) - I received a phone call saying there was an issue with my order, but not which order, and that I needed to call this person back ASAP. I legit called 5 minutes after the VM was left and got a VM myself. I left a message and after 2 hours with no response, I called again. And again 2 hours later and left another VM with much more annoyance and emergency. Then again the next morning. Finally, I called the main customer service number on the bottom of my confirmation email and talked to a nice gentlemen who assured me everything was actually fine - files were great quality, no issues with size run or colors chosen for stock. A few hours later (although I didn't see the email till the next morning) I got an email that said some of my shirts were out of stock - but, again, no specification on which ones or even which order - and that my order was being canceled. WHAT?! HOLD ON?! I immediately called customer service again and was told some of the shirt colors in certain sizes were out of stock. We got it straightened out, although it seemed to have take a lot long than it should have. Also, I should have written down all of my changes, because I think I got shorted some shirts. The woman even upgraded me to express shipping because of the delay (that ended up affecting BOTH orders). Sounds good, right?! So, the order arrives 3 days earlier than the original date. Fantastic. Except, one of the boxes was trashed. Hard to tell if it was UPS or not, but was far worse than the other boxes that came to me. Open the boxes and start to examine the products... First, they were all printed DTG when the one that were 4 colors or less were supposed to be printed traditional screen print. Second, the quality of the DTG was TERRIBLE! I've only seen it this bad twice with other vendors I've tested for my drop shipping customers. The white base had over spray and not crisp edges. The top/main print had miss-registration (some worse than others) to the point that a few of the shirts I can't sell. Most colors were also not calibrated and had severe stippling. Two shirts were stained, and one had a hole in it... I would have had a better result using my home printer with heat transfer paper from Office Max and an iron than what I received and it is a stark departure from what my normal vendor (who couldn't meet my time frame for delivery, sadly) would do... and they only print in DTG, too. While I was waiting for the order to arrive, I FINALLY got a call back from the first person that called me two weeks prior that I left numerous messages for. She tried to sell me on an enterprise/business package and that she would be me contact. I told her that I was still waiting and would get back to her when product arrived and if it was good, we could have a conversation. I sent her a not-so-great email with images of all the issues. I have yet to hear back or receive a refund for the 7 shirts that are so bad I can't even try to sell them without looking like a total, too. I wish I would have found this lovely package of reviews before I got stuck. If so, I would have gone a different route, even if it meant paying a little more. I would suggest avoiding this company and their sister companies: BuildASign.com, EasyCanvasPrints.com and Pens.com."

"I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from Allied Shirts. It would have saved me time and money.
I sent a hi-res file with my image, only to receive a faded print job. I send photos to customer service, and I have received no response.

Beware when they cancel your order!

"Took my order and it wasn’t until 72 hours later they contacted me and said they didn’t have the stock for any blue shirts and had to refund. But they still continue to show these available on the website."

Horrible Company - NEVER AGAIN

"The graphic I provided was crystal clear. When the shirts arrived, it was blatantly obvious that the image was blurry. After endless requests for a full refund - based on their satisfaction guarantee - they only offered a 20% refund. Because these shirts were purchased by a non-profit for a free event, we had a huge budget deficit with no way to pay for replacement shirts from another company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They aren't the least bit interested in customer satisfaction, nor are they concerned about quality. I WILL NEVER USE ALLIED SHIRTS AGAIN. EVER. My next eMail will be to the Better Business Bureau.

AVOID the frustration w/Allied Shirts! Shop elsewhere!!

"Before writing this review I decided to see what the other reviews were saying about this company. Apparently the reviews on here are majority of BAD REVIEWS for this company so I felt I should share my recent experience with them. I WAS a loyal Allied Shirts customer for almost 15 years. I don't know if this company is under new management or if their QUALITY of production has just gone DOWNHILL. My most recent order was by far the biggest order. In late June 2019 my order was printed so CROOKED in the front of the t-shirt. It was mostly a text designed. It tilted SO MUCH to the left and downward that if you wanted to read it while someone had the t-shirt on you would've had to to tilt your head to the right. After reaching out to their customer service for a reprint they mentioned that a reprint of the t-shirt would not guarantee the print to be straight. Since that was a gamble I didn't want the same thing to happen and a reprint would be so close to my deadline for when I needed the t-shirts for an event. I requested a refund from the customer rep and He told me that they were only going to refund me 70% of $526.00 that I spent. I don't see why I would be penalized 30% or any percent for an error in their part. He then put me in touch with a supervisor name John. I explain to John that I was willing to do a reprint if he can guarantee that the print on the shirts wouldn't come out crooked at which he responded that though the t-shirts I received were crooked it was "WITHIN THEIR MARGINS OF ERROR". With the order being extremely CROOKED I didn't want the same thing to occur. I explained to him that I HAD NOTHING to do with this error and I shouldn't have to pay for any of this. John wasn't willing to work with me even after I shared that I've been a customer of theirs for almost 15 years. I was hoping that John would've been more compassionate and try and make things right but He wasn't. I disputed the ENTIRE amount with my Credit Card and after 2 months of waiting I was able to GET THE ENTIRE COST REFUNDED. This review is meant to save you the hassle/frustration of receiving a CROOKED print on a t-shirt. It's not worth it! BTW there are other companies on line that offer the same service and aren't as expensive as ALLIED SHIRTS. Read the reviews and AVOID ALLIED SHIRTS!"
