"This was my first order. It was my mistake for thinking these shirts would be silkscreen - they were printed with an inkjet type device - which is great for a onetime use t-shirt like a family reunion or race, but not so great for a shirt you will wear a lot for work.

I was not happy with my shirts. The quality of the shirts themselves was great, but the print quality was very poor -- like the printer was running out of ink. I contacted the Customer "Love" Department.

They simply asked that I take some photos of the shirts. I did and they could see clearly the poor print quality. They immediately put in a new order to reprint the shirts and asked the design team to make any adjustments needed to sharpen the image and lettering.

It seems from some other reviews that print quality is not reliable. I wish they could have quality control on the front end to prevent the need for a reprint.

I haven't received the shirts yet (it's only been a few days), but the quick response and offer to remake the shirts was very impressive. I'm assuming the print quality will be very good on the remake."
