"I have used this company twice now for T-shirt orders and both times had issues. The first time I placed an order it was a quality issue with the shirt itself and the images sticking and separating from the shirts. Allied could not get me new shirts in time for when I needed them so they refunded me the money and we used the defective items. The second go around I placed my order weeks in advance and the company held my order and my money for a whole week before the notified me they could not fulfill the order. Then when I called in (because they notified me via email and had already cancelled the order) I had a decent customer service rep that was able to get the shirts I needed in a different color, however now the order had to be expedited because the company delayed in notifying me. But the worst part was that they did not ship the order complete. So they shorted me shirts now they say they cannot provide me missing items and my event is in three days, so they refunded great! What do I do about the shirt I need in three days? NEVER AGAIN."
"My fault for not knocking out the red in my logo since I ordered a maroon shirt. The ink colors white and light blue I thought would be a bit brighter, looks more faded to me. Also the large size seems to run more medium. If I order again will be XL. Shipping was as expected."

"I was contacted about a week before my delivery was going to go out informing me an issue with an image size of the shirt. Not a problem at the time, we discussed it and on the phone the very person who said it was a problem fixed it. NOTHING new was sent in, NOTHING was changed; it was an entirely pointless call about an image that could have been fixed. I ask if this would impact delivery date. The answer was no. I NEED this product for a bachelor party by the 3rd. No problem I'm told.
It is the 5th of June, 2019. The expected delivery date is the 8th; I'm already out of the state. ALL of the shirts I ordered, that was GUARANTEED for the 3rd will not be here in time for my event. I contacted their team and I'm hopefully, but not expecting, a miracle/resolution but I am beyond ****. Whatever you do, if you value your product, do NOT use this company. I originally ordered on the expectation of product being given on the day agreed upon and I am willing to cancel the order due to this. Absolutely ridiculous. Listen well to ALL of the reviews; there is a common consensus on this.
Pray that their team has no issue with your order; if they have the slightest issue they will halt everything, fix it immediately without you do anything, and will claim that your original order and its due date, has changed. Only problem is...they will NOT TELL YOU THIS"
"I wish I could do 0 stars. A week before our event they sent an email saying they would be unable to do our shirts. When pressured to answer why, they stated it was because they didn't have enough in stock. Luckily a local shop was able to complete the order. BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!"

- whatever conversion software they use butchered my art.
- They send you a "How did we do" before you even get the product
- small order took 3 weeks, so I bet they are just drop shipping from china
- The prints are so thin you can see fabric through them, like they are already 10 years old.
- Prints are not HD, not crisp and slightly blurry
- Does not appear that there is a silicone "fixer" on the print either.
- I have made prints for various businesses never had one come out junk like this. I usually use my local guy, but he is expensive... now I know his Work is far superior and def worth the extra cash per shirt.

"Made a large order for Christmas. Two of the hoodies looked like crap. So in January, I was told they would reprint for me, but I would have to pay shipping.
Fine. So I go ahead. Put in the order. Then the next day I get an email saying they would be out of all gray and all 2x/3x for THREE MONTHS. Calling and emailing them throughout the three months.
Finally got through this morning and I was told customer satisfaction only guaranteed for 90 days.
Ahh, ok. I see.
So not only do they reneg on their promise to reprint, but they are telling me they refunded me the cost of the two crappy hoodies. Really? No they didn't.
Go elsewhere. Go to you local swapmeet to get it done. Allioed Shirts will not guarantee satisfaction."
"I have yet to see the tanks and shirts because the shipment is 3 days late from its GUARANTEED delivery date. I now have 15 people who will not have shirts for an event that is today. Customer service did help provide 40% off the order, but 60% for shirts that the team won't be able to wear for the event is poor customer service. I've used Custom Ink in the past and I think I will be going back to them in the future. "

They’re printing white under their colors and I told them not to do that, but they did it again, and now the colors are more faded than me on my birthday. "Never received an email or anything to tell me that my order was not being fulfilled. I contacted the company because I did not receive a shipping confirmation and had paid for a RUSH JOB. I was informed that it had been canceled. That would have been great to hear the day after I made the purchase so I could have chosen a product that was in stock. NOW I have an event and no time to make other arrangements! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I understand how things happen in business. But how can you not notify a customer ASAP when you have an issue.
