"I tried Allied because I was very happy with their affiliated site BuildASign. Allied Shirts is east to use and easy to deign a fun shirt for just one or any number. The more you print, the cheaper it gets. Their design tool is pretty easy to use, though not perfect, it works fine. I would like to see a zoom feature to see the finer areas like going over borders, etc. As a matter of fact, that is exactly what I did.

I accidentally placed my custom image slightly over the border which caused my letter S to be cut in half. I emailed customer service who quickly replied offering to review the design and replace the shirt immediately. They was monumental customer service. I have connected them a couple more times to verify my design layout will print OK as well as to help determine the best color palate. Every time they have responded quickly and help immensely!

Their time to ship is pretty typical and my orders have usually ship and arrived a little earlier than estimated. The one time there was a 24 hour delay, they sent me a discount for to compensate. What great folks!

Allied Shirts is one of the premier do it yourself (or let them help design it!!) shirt sites around and you would be well advised to use their service.. often!

"I bought a shirt to advertise my business with my logo on it. When I received the shirt the color of my logo on the shirt was not even close to the color of the actual logo. It was supposed to be a dark brown and what I got was a light marbled color. I am not happy with how the shirt came out."

"This was my first experience with Allied shirts. Unfortunately it wasn't the best. I ordered shirts for an even and paid for rush shipping to be guaranteed before the day I needed them. Unfortunately, closer to the ship date, after they were already purchased and guaranteed, they changed the ship date to 4 days later! By the time they arrived the event was over. I refused the order and sent it back. I was very disappointed that they couldn't stick to their original agreement but was glad customer service could refund my transaction."

"I initially found Allied Shirts from a link on another website. I was ordering lawn signs for my business and also needed shirts. The price was competitive and they didn't require huge minimum order quantities. I uploaded my logo for the front of the shirts. On the screen, in the proof, the colors looked perfect. Then there was a problem with their production and my order was almost a week late in getting to me. To their credit, Allied offered me a significant discount due to this. But when my shirts arrived, the colors in my logo were totally wrong. Somehow the blue gradient came out very purple and faded. Very upset."

"My ordering process started out great and then quickly went down hill. I paid for the rush shipping ($250+) that said the shirts were guaranteed by 05/11/15. It would've worked out perfectly because my fundraising event was on 05/13/15. When the 11th rolled around I anxiously checked the tracking which said the new delivery date was going to be the 14th. I called and was told there was nothing Allied could do except offer me a refund. The refund was supposed to take up to two weeks. It's been over that amount of time and my account still has yet to show a rebound transaction. Thanks to this mishap I was forced to use an overnight shirt company and pay twice as much for shirts to sell at my fundraiser. I barely broke even to cover costs which means I didn't raise any money for my charity. To say that I'm upset about the whole thing would be an understatement. "

E-mailed customer service and representative said that it was lost by UPS because of bad weather and they will ship another. It never arrived either... Disappointment and waste of my time and money.
