"I ordered 25 shirts, 23 were to read "I survivwd Brian and Megans Stag and Drag" all be the same (which was one order) & 2 were to read "We survived our Stag and Drag" one said Bride on the back and the other said groom. I ordered the shirts on 4/25/15. The shirts were to arrive on May 11th. Never was asked for a proof. May 6th I get an email there is an issue with my order, so I call and speak to customer service, don't really get any explanation as to why my order has an issue. She states she could give me 55% off and my order would ship by May 18th and with ground it would arrive on May 22nd. Now, my event is on May 23rd I couldn't risk the shirts not being available. The woman explains she could do next day air in place of my refund. Now, does that make sense? So I explained that it wasn't my error and that I'd like 55% off and next day shipping on the 18th. She agrees I get a confirmation email, all is good. A few days later I get notice my order is shipped...WOW RIGHT?! I was so excited when I saw the box on my porch on the 12th, how awesome. Opened the box....every single shirt said the wrong phrase, the colors were different on every shirt, the quality was below par. I called immediately, spoke to customer service "ma'am, you will need to take a picture of the merchandise with the flaws and email them back to me, it will need to be reviewed by our printing staff"...."okay how long does that take"....."5 business days"!!!! WHAT?! There was no way for him to rush it due to their error, there was no guarantee I would even have them for my event. I couldn't take that risk so I said I'd like to return them for a refund. Don't have my refund yet, but I do have 25 shirts that say "we survived our stag and drag ". I sang their praises after the initial incident, but this was beyond ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER purchase from them again or recommend them to any person I care about. Do not purchase from this company, poor quality and unprofessionalism alone."

"We received the shirt I ordered for my son yesterday and it was exactly as I had specified with the colours, fonts, sizing and images exactly as I had wanted. The order took a bit longer to ship from the date I had actually placed it, but since they paid attention to detail and chose to have quality as their priority as opposed to shoddy workmanship with faster shipping, I don't feel this is much of a drawback. I would rather that time be devoted to getting my order done the way I had asked for it, instead of rushing through it and potentially making mistakes in favour of faster shipping times.
Overall I had a good experience with this merchant and I would definitely come back to buy from here again should I have the need.

"I ordered a shirt to run races in this summer. I was promised 2 week shipping it arrives 3 and a half weeks. The coloring was supposed to be orange and black with a pastern. The lettering sizes were off and it is yellow and black. They are fighting me for a refund on the shirt. I have also reported them to the state attorney generals office to get a full refund for not providing an acceptable product. I would not recoment buying anything from them."
