"Where do I begin?! I placed 2 orders with Allied shirts. My first order should have been delivered 4-23-15, my second order should have been delivered 4-28-15, today is 4-29-15 and I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY OF MY ORDERS! I have called several times and they did refund me for the first batch of shirts but that's only because I had to call back and speak with a manager because I was overcharged 350.51. They did eventually debit my account back the money they never should have taken as well as refund the first batch of shirts however, I STILL HAVE NO PRODUCT. I call just about everyday and all I am being told is, "we had a printer go out, your shirts are in the warehouse." so with that being said, what do I tell MY CUSTOMERS WHO ALSO HAVE PAID FOR THEIR SHIRTS?! The shirts I ordered are very simple and have 1 word written across them, I don't see what the problem is. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST NO ONE EVER ORDERS FROM ALLIED SHIRTS. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE WHATSOEVER AND BECAUSE OF THEM I AM LOSING MONEY! "
"Hi, I was a bit disappointed with Allied Shirts. I ordered a shirt on 4/1/15 and received an email with an expected delivery date of 4/16. I received an email on April 21st that my shirt was shipped, and later received it on 4/23/15. I did not expedite shipping because I was willing to wait the 16 day maximum for delivery but was disappointed that I didn't receive the shipment for 22 days.

Seemingly nice enough people and easy website to order T-shirts from. BUT ... if you are ordering for any type of important event and are heavily relying on them ... DON'T !!!
We paid extra (a lot extra) for one week delivery instead of two week free delivery. The day before delivery was scheduled, I called, just to make sure and was advised that it was scheduled for two week delivery instead of one week, even though it was plain as day ... the one week delivery extra charge. 'Good thing you called ... now we can fix it, run the shirts tomorrow and overnight them to you.' Wow ... sounds like great service so far and JUST in time for our event. Late in the afternoon of the newly scheduled arrival day ... no shirts ... no tracking number ... no nothing. And so, another call. This time not so nicey-nicey. Even though I had an apologetic email confirming our new date, the customer service rep insisted that reps are not able to change delayed delivery dates and that my story ... well it must have never happened. Ok, then let me speak directly with Steve the rep ... not possible ... you're out of luck !!!
Someone or something must have been looking down on me and by some miracle I was able to find a local maker who was willing and able to do them the next day for us. Google 'Embroiderme' ... they are franchise operations and there just happened to be one in Riverside, Ca. which although a long distance with traffic, was at least a possibility for us. This technology is not as common as mere screen printing and it's hard to find companies with this capability ... but if I EVER even consider Allied Shirts again ... someone please ... have my head examined !!!

"So disappointed! I ordered a set of 10 shirts for my nursing class. I was extremely pleased that I could upload my own image, and make my own design, but everything was down hill from there. First I got an e-mail saying when they "expected to arrive". Two days later I got an e-mail saying they were going to be late! I called customer service and asked if there was any way I could upgrade the shipping because I needed them before school started, and they told me I ad to wait till UPS scanned the package, and then I would have to call them. Well UPS politely informed me there was nothing they could do about it the T-shirt company would have changed the order on their end. Mind you I ordered them 4 weeks before the semester was going to end. Now, the day I got them, so excited to pull them out of the box. . . .I thought I ordered red because that is what the picture shows. . . .ORANGE. Bright highway cone ORANGE!. Calling the customer service once again they said sorry, oh and that I should have read the description, and that my computer may need calibrated in order to show the correct color. . . If I could add a picture I would because then I took a picture on my phone to show my classmates, and oh that picture looks red. . . My phone MUST NEED CALIBRATED TOO! So disappointing, not what I want to surprise my teacher with at all! Not even to mind the terrible customer service!"
"This is the first time I am writing a review. The reason I chose to was because of the absolutely horrible experience our business had with Allied Shirts. We ordered shirts well in advance for our event. We paid the $29 for expedited production and shipping yet two days after our guaranteed delivery date we still hadn't received our shirts. I called their customer love member to check on our order and was greeted with a condescending attitude with no empathy for the situation. Instead of offering an apology or trying to rectify the situation her initial response was "Did you want to cancel your order?" We had to cancel our employee appreciation event due to the fact that they hadn't even started production 8 days after our order had been placed and 1 day after the guaranteed delivery date. We then received an e-mail the day after my call to finally tell us about the delay in production along with a customer survey. Well, of course I was going to fill out that survey. After taking the time to enter my answers in detail and requesting a manager contact me to discuss my concerns I hit submit only to have the error page pop up with "Oops! Something happened! Contact this number with questions!" We originally chose this company for it's small business feel and great reviews. However, we ended up feeling like a number, frustrated and left wanting."
