"I ordered two shirts as samples using a design. The color of the design was not even close to matching. Should have been a vibrant red for the wording and it was much closer to a dull brown. The white outline was also poorly done. It looked broken and flaky as if it was a very old well used shirt. Their "sister company" did a fantastic job matching our design. I have contacted customer service and sent pictures as they requested. They said they try to answer within 48hrs which I believe to be an unprofessional amount of time to respond to customer dissatisfaction. I have given them a day and a half after contacting before writing this review but have not heard a word from them. How hard is it to pick up a phone? I am glad I only bought samples and will be sharing my experience. If I do not hear back within the 48hrs, I will be contacting my bank for a charge-back. "

Disappointing as this gift was for our CEO and the blue was intended to be a close match to our company logo. This is my second order from Allied Shirts. The first order awhile back was very nice...although the green shirt was very thin...not the quality I expected. But it worked for the intended event.

My most recent order below was very dissappointing. The color was perfect and the design looked good, but the shirt itself was SO SMALL that I cannot wear it. The shirt style description said it was a smaller fit so I ordered a 2X as I normally wear an XL. This fits my thin 13 year old! It is way small. I am unable to wear it, unfortunately.
I'm not sure I will be ordering again as it is difficult to select the right size."

"I have not even received my order yet. LOL..... Seeing that I just ordered it about 5 minutes ago. LOL. Seriously though, I like this company. This is my first time ordering from them, but my spirit tells me that based off of some of the negative responses I have read, that they are willing to do whatever they can to correct any mistakes that may have occurred to make that customer happy. I LIKE THAT. People, no one is perfect but God. We ALL are prone to making mistakes. As long as we try and do right the next time around, that is all that matters. "This was my worst experience ever. We have a team of kids that are competing in an event and we needed T-Shirts. The price seemed good (a little better than other places because of their sales). First they sent us shirts with only the front and the design was poorly done. After confirming that it was incorrect, They agreed to send the shirts rushed so we could make our date. I confirmed with them twice that it would be on time and they told me that they were sure it would reach here. It shipped one day too late and they did not ship it next day, so we did not have shirts for our event. The kids were devistated."
