"Ordered a Samsung Un55es8000 tv from all time tvs and received a call from their private trucking company 3 days later ready to deliver the Tv. Excellent company and service and I do recommend all time tvs to you!"
"I purchased a Panasonic 65" vt50 television from AllTime over the phone with a gentleman named Alfred. He was very polite and the customer service I received from AllTime is an A+!"
"Just got off the phone with David after my purhcase of a Panasonic Plasma (VT, top of the line), and let me say, I am highly impressed with the effortless service I just recieved. Yes, of course, they are going to try and upsell you, but come on people, this is the good ole USA, our economy is built on sales and you can't blame them for doing their job. David hooked me up! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get the BEST deal on HDTVs, and probably other video components. 5 stars all the way."
"12-FEB-2013
Frank from ALLTIMETV’S called me regarding my concerns. He asked politely what are my concerns and made quick call to AM trucking company to sort out issue. He also told me shipping got delayed because of bad weather in NY. He will expedite and upgrade shipping. He proved that ALTIMETV’s do care about their customers which I initially thought wrong. Thanks you very much for your help.
I will update review again after receiving TV.

"Would never recommend this site to anyone-don't get fooled by a little cheaper price. 2 days after I put an order which had a free shipping , they sent me another invoice with 45 $ extra charge for shipping and handling. After I had put an initial order , my credit card had unauthorized transaction of 1500 $. Thank god, the credit card didn't process the initial order as they didn't trust the site. They claim 45 $ charge in their policy but then why did they have to send 2 invoices-one with free shipping and second after 2 days with 45 $ extra charge."
"I ordered an 80 inch Sharp TV with AllTimeTVs.com. Within minutes I received a call from a fast talking salesman who was trying to sell me additional items, which I refused. Then he informed me that I owed them additional money for hidden fees that I had apparently overlooked. I cancelled the order because I do not want to do business with people who have hidden fees and make harrassing phone calls.

"They ultimately cancelled the order and the issue solved. "
"My Brother and I have been looking at TV's for a long time (about 3 months) trying to decide which one would suit us best. I liked the 65" Samsung 8000 series and so did my brother, but we were reluctant to pay the normal market price of $3,500. We looked through some well known deal sites and found All Time TVs. They had the lowest prices we could find (similar to, but a bit lower than the other NY-NJ eTailers).
Well I found the site and the price for the TV set was below $2,800!! I read some of the reviews on here and thought, "these guys must be pretty good". So, I ordered the set online and noticed that I would receive a call for confirmation prior to my order being processed. This is where I should have noticed something wrong, but I don't do that much online shopping so I overlooked it.
I called my Brother and told him that I just ordered the Samsung 65ES8000 for about $2,800! He quickly asked me where I ordered it from, and I told him. He IMMEDIATELY told me that it wasn't a good idea. We talked for a bit and decided that I should cancel my order the next day. I'm SOOOOOO glad I did!!
I waited for a phone call from them to "confirm" the order the next day, and I still had not received a call by 6:15pm (they close at 7pm). I ended up calling them around 6:30pm and finally got through. I was directed to a "sales associate" by the name of David. I told him that I was calling about an order I placed the previous night and provided my order confirmation code, then asked that my order be cancelled. He asked me why, and I said that my brother decided to not get that TV and go with another one. He started on a short used-car-salesman pitch asking me what TV we wanted instead so that he could change my order. I told him that my Brother would take care of getting the TV (which he will, unless we go to a Brick-and-Mortar store) and I just wanted to cancel my order before the process went any further.
This is when it started getting REALLY shady. David told me that he couldn't do anything about it...that they already "authorized" the card and had to pay the Credit Card company transaction fee. He was either lying about the "authorization" costing them a high fee, or he was lying about only authorizing the card when, in fact, they actually charged the card. Either way, he tried lying to me in order to prevent me from cancelling the order.
David continued his string of dirty used-car-salseman tactics, saying they can't cancel, if I'm getting another TV they will just change the order, asking "did you find a better price online, is that what's happening here?", etc. After many uneasy silences, "hold on's" by David, repeated requests to "just cancel the order" by me, David finally went to ask his "manager" about it.
A few seconds later, he picked up the phone and said that he cancelled the order. I said thank you and he proceeded to lecture me on placing an order and then changing my mind because it cost him "$180-something dollars". That's almost a 7% merchant credit card transaction fee, which is (almost) the most obsured thing I heard from him the whole time. I apologized for the inconvenience and the "loss" of "$180-something dollars". David then said "mmm-hmmm, thank you.....and have a nice night" - CLICK!! Hung-up on me faster than if I was a tele-marketer calling during dinner.
I played the call recording back to my Brother over the phone and he couldn't believe it. I'm just glad that I cancelled my order before I got even deeper into the order process with All Time TVs. I will be watching my credit card online to make sure that it was, in fact, cancelled.
If this is what it is like to deal with All Time TVs prior to even getting a phone call to confirm the order, I CAN'T IMAGINE what it would be like if I had a problem after my order was processed and/or the TV was/wasn't shipped!!
I would recommend, with every bargain-wanting ounce in my body, to not buy from All Time TVs!! It is not a bargain if you pay for all the extras that other people have bought, and you are buying something from a NON-AUTHORIZED dealer (warranty issues - I called the manufacturer). Please, Please do yourself a favor and take my experience into account. Another tip is to sort the reviews by rating and read both positive and negative reviews.
P.S. - After the phone call, I searched for their address and looked at the Google map/satellite view of their location. It is not a place I would want to order a multi-thousand dollar Tv from, and reaffirmed my decision to shop elsewhere.
**I was asked to modify my review in order to edit out some company names and make a few other minor corrections, so that is why it shows "this review was modified" at the bottom**"
"I just received a high end Samsung flat screen (apx $1250) through alltime tvs. Although I had not seen or dealt with them before, I gave it a try with an online Special before the Super Bowl. This was an amazingly great experience. While saving hundreds over the established competition, I ordered and paid online, received no solicitations or unwanted contacts, did not order extra frills services, received a short email verifying the item was shipped and gave tracking number in less than 24 hours after placing the order. The package arrived in perfect condition (it is being watched now) in less than 5 business days. I new it was coming due to tracking, and I had the driver wait while I quickly unpacked to check for breakage (Samsungs packing is very secure) but read the company policies so you can have no illusions if you sign for it without checking. I would include any problems if there were any, but speaking solely from my experience. I am thrilled with this sale and seller. BWP from OK"
"Let down by bait and switch pricing. Ordered the TV then about 5 min later I get a confirmation call stating that they had to add a 4% insurance fee for shipping. This was after I just cancelled an order where I was told they had a 1% insurance fee...evidently this has nothing to do with insurance and is instead a negotiable hidden fee.
Ended up canceling that order as well only to be called back and told that he could do it for 2% insurance fee. Unfortunately even with the fee they were the cheapest, I just wish it was all up front instead of some bartering battle over extra fees.
*Update 1-29-13*
Got a call today from the owner who wanted to resolve my dissatisfaction with my purchase. After discussing why I felt the way I did he offered to knock off $50 and throw in an HDMI cable. I have to admit I was bit defensive but in the end he made it right. So if I can make a recommendation, read all the fine print and know what you're getting in to. "
"I purchased a Samsung TV from AllTimeTVs.com
The price was the best and I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. The next day I received a phone call from Shawn saying that they just sold the last TV of this model (Samsung UN46ES7100)and that if I didn't want to wait he would upgrade me to the higher model they had on floor (Samsung UN46ES7500)for free. The TV was shipped and arrived in Everett, WA in 7 days. Pretty fast. I worried about it arriving damaged but the original box was packed inside another box and stuffed with foam and bubble wrappers. Excellent!
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great deal and a good service."
"I recently purchased a samsung flat screen from alltimety on 1/10/13. The purchase went relatively smooth however when a replied to there confirmation e-mail of my purchase requesting information on the company that I purchased the extended warranty from they never replied. I then checked with Samsung and found out that alltimetv is not an authorized Samsung dealer which means that the manufacture 1-yr warranty commences on the manufacture date rather than the purchase date. That's a big deal if the manufacture date and purchase date are not in the same month. Maybe that's why they push the extended warrranty so hard. My salessman David sold me the 5-yr extended warranty and said that with the 1-yr manufacture warranty I would have 6-years of peace of mind. That may or may not be the case. I have submitted 2 emails since my purchase date and made several attempts to reach Alltimetv by phone to obatin information on my extended warranty policy and to obtain the manufacture date of the TV that was sold to me but as of 1/13/13 I have had no luck.
I'll update this review if anything changes.
Update: 1/14/13 I received a call this morning from Alltime TV. We discussed my concerns in detail and they subsequently went above and beyond my expectations to aleviate my concerns. In addition, they had a representative of CPS Central (the warranty company) contact me directly to discuss the coverage I purchased and they manually registered me over the phone and sent me confirmation via e-mail.
If anything changes either postively or negatively I'll let you know. But for now I am satisified.

"I found a good price for an 80 in Sharp Aquos Quattron LED TV at Alltimetvs so I gave them a call and spoke to Mike. He confirmed the price of the tv and the shipping I wanted. The total price was low and I was happy. My tv was shipped faster than I thought so that was a plus. There was a mistake with upgraded white glove purchase but Frank corrected it in time, thumbs up to him. I recommend paying for the white glove delivery. They use a company called Manna and they will ship whatever you want fast, and even bring it inside and verify that everything works. You can also choose what day you want to be home to receive it. This is an awesome upgrade Alltimetvs offer and is worth paying for."
