"Bought a denon 2313 receiver and a samsung es8000 from AllTimeTVs. So far the experience is good except someone called me and pushed me to buy a 5 years warranty from CPS. After the call I realized CPS has very bad review of their warranty services so I decided to cancel the warranty. No news from AllTimeTVs yet.
The shipping has been processed in a timely manner and I am waiting for product to deliver. Will update back once I receive the product and confirm it's new and in good shape.

"After ordering a tv, I heard nothing beyond the order confirmation for 4 business days, then received a cancellation of my order with no explanation. 25 minutes on hold later, I finally got through to a rep who told me they didn't have any in stock and that the website, "Told you that the item was back-ordered, so you know it won't be an item we have." After asking why it was still listed online then, he replied that they "just hadn't taken it off yet."
Positive was that there were no charges to my card, but there was also no attempt by the rep to find another tv for me to buy through them. Will never shop there again.

On the same day I had these issues, a very polite rep from AllTimeTvs called me to follow up on the order and to discuss the problems I encountered. He was quick to explain that, as part of their commitment to being a reputable and honest business, they avoid recommending other products so that they are not "up selling" customers, that they are diligently working to make their site more up to date and clear, and offered a replacement tv which exceeds the standards of the one I ordered. He did not at all pressure me, but apologized and erased all of the complaints I had about the mix up and the series of events that led to my issue.
I highly recommend that you skip the online systems and call them directly to receive top service and information from a knowledgeable representative.
Received the TV on time, in perfect shape. Wonderful TV, fantastic price. Will definitely shop here again."
"Be warned that this outfit will call you to up sell your on line purchase. I purchased a Sony camcorder from them and got called the next day about the bad battery that comes with the product, the need to purchase a flash card, and the need to expedite the 10 days delivery by paying extra for a faster shipping mode. When I refused all of these offers, I was then told that I would have to pay an extra $34.95 to have the shipment insured.
On the plus side, I did get a US model and the box was sealed with an original sony sticker.

"I ordered a TV from All Time TVS on Nov. 18 for an exceptionally good price. When I printed the receipt, the grand total showed exactly what I expected to pay. However, on Mon. Nov. 19 I received a phone call explaining that insurance was required on TV's over 50 inches. This charge added an additional $107.00 to the purchase price. It is on the website in fine print, but did not show on the receipt that it would be charged to my credit card. This was definitely an example of not disclosing all fees up front. I purchase many items online and whenever a receipt is printed I know what is going to be charged to my card. Beware of this when purchasing. I don't appreciate not having full disclosure before the final click of the button. When I called to question the charge, I was told they would send me 2 HDMI cables for compensation and I have yet to receive them. Please beware of hidden fees before you purchase.
Update. William at Alltime TVS has gone above and beyond to make things right. The ins. fee has been refunded. Thanks for giving us great customer service. The TV we purchased is awesome. "

"I ordered the Sony Brava 55 inch TV on the internet on 11/23/12. On 11/29/12 we got an e-mail informing us we needed to confirm our order. I attempted to call twice and was placed on hold for 45 minutes to then be hung up. After finally reaching a real person, I was told that there would be an additional 5% "insurance charge." No where on their web site does it mention this fact. On 12/4/12, I e-mailed All Time TV and asked them to confirm my order, or I would cancel the order today. As of 12-5-12 at 2300, I have had no contact from any one at All Time TV. There name should be NO TIME TV. What horrible customer service. They are impossible to get a hold of and donot return e-mails. Save your self a major headache and take your business to somewhere else that really wants your business.

All Time was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. My order had shipped out and that appears to be the reason they did not reply to my email. "I ordered a Samsung UN40EH6000 on Nov 27th. I waited for a call to verify the shipping address since it was different from the billing. When I didn't receive one by November 30th, I tried to call but was on hold and then forwarded to a different extension with a full voicemail box.
I called again on December 2rd and was told that it would be shipping soon and I would receive tracking information. I received the email within 10 minutes.
The tv was delivered today, but I was out. The box looked like it had been opened and was bulging on one side. When I opened it, the styrofoam was broken/crushed and there was extra bubble wrap in the box.
When I took everything out to set it up, it was missing the screws to set up the stand and to attach the stand to the tv. There were batteries in the remote (I didn't think anything shipped with batteries in it). Also, there was no instruction manual to show me how to set up the stand and tv, just the user manual.
I am furious that I was sent a restocked tv. If I wanted a used tv, I could have bought one locally and had it set up a week and a half ago. I'm currently on hold (caller number 11).

"I purchased a TV from All Time TV's on 11/22/12. The morning following my purchase, I received a call from All Time TV's confirming the order. After unsuccessfully trying to sell me extras, they dropped the insurance charge on me ($148.00). The price of the TV was still good even with the extra charge, so I didn't put up much of a fight. I do believe they should be more forthcoming about the extra charge on their website.
Shortly after the sale, I had a question and sent All Time TV's an email. The email went unanswered. Two weeks later, I still don't have my TV. It had been scheduled for delivery on 12/05/12, but I received a call from the local delivery company yesterday telling me they don't have the TV. From what I can tell, All Time TV's shipped the TV via a company called Home Direct USA. Home Direct USA then uses a local distribution center (Show Me Home Delivery). After receiving the delivery cancellation, I tried to call All Time TV's and was on hold for 3 hours before giving up. This morning, I successfully contacted All Time TV's and was told the TV was delivered to the shipping company. I then called Home Direct USA and was told Show Me Home Delivery has the TV. Show Me Home Delivery again said they dont' have the TV. I shouldn't have to be doing all this follow up, especially after paying the extra $148.00. I'm stuck in the middle of 3 companies arguing about who has my TV. I missed a day of work because of the failed delivery. I have a very short window of delivery due to having home theater people coming in afterwards. So far, I'm not too impressed.
***Update*** The TV was delivered on 12/07/12. It appears Show Me Home Delivery dropped the ball at first, but I ended up extra pleased with the delivery. The men carried the TV down 2 flights of stairs and opened the box so I could inspect it.
The next day, I missed a call from Justin from All Time TV's. After playing a bit of phone tag, I spoke to Justin today (12/12/12). He was very apologetic and refunded me the $148.00 insurance charge for my troubles. Hurricane Sandy has been the cause of All Time TV's communication failures. For me, customer service after the sale is what separates the good retailers from the bad. The refund was a good gesture and Justin even gave me his personal cell number because the phone system is still out of whack. All things considered, All Time TV's made things right and I would definitely consider them for any future purchases. Bear with them during this difficult time. They are slowly getting back to normal.
Getting my TV installed has been delayed, so I still haven't been able to enjoy it. I did power it up briefly to ensure it works. It's in brand new condition and the tag on the back has a manufactured date of November 2012. I will post another update after everything is up and running. "
"Great prices, but bad service. Ordered item, paid for it, received nothing. They didn't confirm that they couldn't ship the receiver until I called asking for a tracking number 2 weeks later. I ended up agreeing to pay a small amount more for the next level up of receiver which still ended up being a good deal.
Rest assured they billed me that extra agreed upon amount immediately.
However, it's been like dealing with a black hole as to finding out what is going on with the order. Nobody can give me a status, or a tracking number.
I really enjoy waiting on hold for 60 minutes to be told (again) that they will email you the info only to hear nothing for days. When I do speak with someone they are always professional and courteous but the results are universally lacking.
Stay away, the prices are not worth the hassle.
If I don't get my receiver soon I'm opening a complaint with American Express and letting them deal with this. It's almost been a month so I feel that's a fair and justified course of action for me to take given the complete lack of information they have been able to provide me thus far.
Edit: 12/15 - Justin from the store has called me personally to try to work this out. A tracking number has been provided. I will update my review more favorably once the receiver arrives. He's definitely trying to make it right and they offered me some additional coverage on the warranty which I appreciate."
"SIMPLY AWESOME!!!! I bought a Samsung TV UN46ES8000. Placed an order on the 23rd of Nov & Received the TV (free shipping) from J&R Trucking Service on the 28th of Nov. The delivery guys unpacked the TV from the box to show that it was brand new, and in working condition. Once I was satisfied, they made me sign the delivery slip and they were on their way out. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a TV to buy through All Time TVs. Not only do they have the lowest prices, but their services are amazing as well. "I ordered the 65 inch Panasonic plasma tcp65st30 on Saturday November 24th online when the price dropped lower than anyone else. I should have known better! I recieved a call from them on Sunday trying to upsell me to the tcp65st50. They told me how much better that tv was and offered it at $2199. I declined so after saying "I'll drop it to $1999. I want you to have it" I agreed. I also bought the 5 year in home warranty because he said it was usually $399 but for Sunday only he could let me have it for $299. I recieved my confirmation e-mail and was charged $399 for the warranty. I called them back on Monday the 26th and got a different guy who said that the other guy told me wrong. I finally agreed to pay full price just to get the tv on its way. I later recieved another call from them saying the tv I upgraded to wasn't in stock but if I wanted the original tv they would cut my shipping time in half. Reluctantly I agreed but was thinking I was being scammed. When
Thursday the 29th rolled around my tv still hadn't shipped so I called them back. They told me they were behind and it would ship that day or Friday. A few minutes later I got and e-mail with a tracking number from them saying it had shipped. I followed the tracking on it all the way until now and it still hasn't left New York. I've tried all morning to call them and no one answers. The phone goes strait to voice and says they are on the phone and mailboxes are full. I've no doubt been scammed out of $2300 as I have no tv on the way. WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID TO SAVE A COUPLE HUNDRED BUCKS...IF I HAD ORDERED FROM ELSEWHERE I WOULD HAVE MY TV...THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!! I will update this to let you know how my situation was resolved as I'm planning to call the BBB. Don't put yourself through this nightmare!
UPDATE: Justin called me and cleared up the confusion and made the whole situation right. He calmed all my fears and assured me that my tv was on its way and he even called the shipping company for me. He is one of the best customer service people I've ever had the joy of dealing with. He's that good. After speaking with him I can honestly say that I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again on any large purchase. Can't rate the shipping yet as I haven't gotten my tv but they said it would be delivered Thursday or Friday and I'll update when I get it. Great customer service Justin.
