"I have ordered an LG55lm7600 for a good price. However, after waiting over a week with no response I called customer service to wait in line for approx forty minutes to be told it is getting ready to be shipped and that he would transfer me to the person that handles the details. I got an automated message this person was on the phone and that the message box was full. The line then went dead. Hopefully I will be able to add a more positive update soon.

I was contacted back in a swift Fashion by a gentleman named Justin. Very friendly, very helpful. I was assured that my order would be fulfilled and the shipping company would be delivering in 5-7 days with an upgraded delivery to in home allowing me to fully inspect the order rather than kerbside delivery. My concerns were allayed and I will update this review in a week.

"Update 12/4 -- The overnight shipping promised was executed as stated; I have the lens and all is in order. White box, all original accessories, and registered successfully for warranty with Canon online -- all good.

The company had a screw-up but they fixed it at their expense. As such five stars.

UPDATE 12/2 12:44 CT: That was quick -- Justin just called me (minutes from posting this) and apologized for the trouble, offering to ship overnight tomorrow. Pending that I'm updating the rating and will update again once assuming all goes as Justin has promised.

Well, this place has nice prices. But so far, their performance hasn't been worth it.

Asked a question about a Canon lens (e.g. is it complete "as new" with all ordinary accessories one would expect, such as the hood, etc) and got an immediate "yes" in response. Placed the order on 11/21.

That got me a near-immediate phone call to try to upsell me filters that I don't need. They were pushy about it too. I declined and the same day the order was charged to my card.

Five days later I got a tracking number (11/26.) But that's all I got -- the tracking number remains, to this day, as "pending" according to UPS and the box never left their building. I inquired of this on the 29th and was told by Justin (via email) that there was a "slight issue with shipping" and that it would track TODAY (the 29th.) Nope again -- not on the 29th, not on the 30th, and not through the weekend. I emailed Justin back early in the morning on Friday the 30th asking what was going on and thus far have received no response to the follow-up email.

So as it sits right now my card has been charged for an order not shipped (which is not supposed to be done), it's coming up on two weeks since I placed the order, and I have no idea where the lens is. Needless to say if my card statement closes I will be disputing the charge since thus far I've gotten nothing and the company has not told the truth about where the package is and its status.

I'll update if this changes, but as of right now I would not buy from these guys. I have an event I intended to shoot with this lens the afternoon of the 4th; that is now, obviously, impossible.

"I ordered samsung UNE55es8000 because alltimetv.com price was low and reasonable.After all decision and whether to take this risk or not I finally ordered it .Initially i was not contacted for almost 3 days probably because of the weekend. I tried to contact them multiple times but nobody was picking their phone they put me on hold for 30 minutes and then hanged up.
Later on Mr William called me back after I posted my review and he explained me the reason was probably weekend and he offered my white glove delivery and waived shipping insurance fee. I am satisfied. Today i received call that my order been shipped. Lets see how it goes from now on but for now I am totally satisfied. Will recommend alltimetvs.com to everybody.

"DO NOT PLACE ORDER OVER THE PHONE NOR PURCHASE ANY "EXTRAS" FROM THEM. On Sunday, Nov 25 called with a few questions on a tv - was told it was better to order via the phone rather than the internet so I placed order over the phone. They "convinced" me of several "extras" I needed and they would send me an email verifying the order. After the call, I decided I did not want the "extras" so I went on their website and cancelled -even before I got an email verifying the order. My fault, I got busy doing other things and did not call them immediately - I felt the email would suffice. On Monday, Nov. 26, I received an email, thanking me for the order and telling me to expect a call from the trucking company in a day or two to set up delivery. I responded to that email telling them I had already sent them an email which i had yet to get a response from about the cancellation. Something did not feel right, so after sending this email, I decided to call them also. After holding for a long time, I decided not only to cancel the order partially, but to cancel the whole order. I was told it was too late for either! (it was ONE day after purchase and I still had not even received an email acknowledging receipt of the items included in the purchase!) - they told me the items were already shippped out to the trucking company. They tried to assure me that I still got a great tv at a very low cost. I could refuse the order when I received it (and pay a 15% restocking fee) or just accept the order with the extras. Well, I received the Tv today and it is a beautiful tv - 46 inch 7100 tv but still no itemized receipt!!!!! I tried to call them, but at 1 pm on a saturday, they are closed. Will call them tomorrow - but something is just not right with this company!!! Beware!!!! I have juSt contacted Samsung to register the product. SINCE ALL TIME TVS IS NOT A SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED DEALER, THERE IS NO WARRANTY!!!

UPDATE: Justin from All Time Tv has been working diligently to satisfy me with the purchase of the tv. Since Samsung is not covering the tv, CPS (who handles All Time TV's additional warranty) has agreed to cover it after the 30 days for five years. Justin also gave me a credit for the "extras" I was charged including this warranty coverage.

"UPdate: AllTimeTV has called me twice today since the mishap, they are trying to locate my TV and they have refunded me back the insurance I had to pay as a compensation. They are going to call me back on Sunday with an update on where and when I should be getting my TV. Thank you for following up to resolve this issue.

I ordered a TV on 11-23, and was given White Glove Delivery. I had to miss 4 hours of work on 11-30 to wait for the delivery and the 4 hour delivery window they give you. As I wait excitedly to get my new TV, the delivery truck shows up to my house and comes to my door to tell me that my TV is no where to be found on there truck. He made a phone call to his manager and they said my TV is still sitting in the warehouse and it will be 4 more days before they can come back...really?? That means I have to take off work again to sit around to wait on them and lose pay because of there mistake? What kind of customer service is that? I am not happy.

"AllTimeTVs was a pleasure to work with and their price beat everyone else's. Within minutes of placing my order on the web I received a phone call from them confirming everything. They even upgraded the order to include White Glove delivery , two HDMI cables and upgraded the warranty to 5 years. I could not be happier with their service. The TV arrived within 7 business days in perfect condition. Will definitely order from them again!"

"I decided to go with AllTimeTVs.com because of their (advertised) low price of the television (Panasonic TC-P55VT50) and because they seemed to have a good reputation overall - more-so than the other candidates I had lined up.

Initially, I ordered my product with confidence. It wasn't until after I (thought I had) finalized my order that things became a little stressful. I decided to visit their "Shipping Info" page after I finished ordering to hopefully figure out exactly what the shipping process would entail. Come to find out that my state (Idaho) is not within their "coverage areas." I was at work at the time, so I decided to shoot them an e-mail to gather more information on exactly what that would mean for my shipment; I contacted both their information e-mail address as well as their sales e-mail address. 24+ hours later I received a less-than-helpful reply from Sean who took the time to write a whole *two* sentences - neither of which answered my questions.

Four hours later I get a reply from Justin stating that my order was "pending a required verbal confirmation." Verbal confirmation? I never saw anything on the website, or on my online purchase receipt, about a required "verbal confirmation" for my order. So here I am, 31 hours after my initial order, and it hasn't even been processed yet! And here I thought items were supposed to be shipped out 24-48 hours after purchase. Pffft.

So I call the number provided in order to give my "verbal confirmation" for my order. Lo and behold, there's more charges to be associated with my purchase in the form of shipping/handling and "out of area" fees - of course. I live *right* on the border between Washington and Idaho, so I ask if I can have the package delivered to a Washington address nearby instead. I give the man on the phone (William) two nearby, Washington cities, and he proceeds to tell me that they're "out of area" as well. Really? Because according to the coverage map on the website, ALL of Washington is "covered." So I'm stuck with a $59 "Handling & Insurance" fee, as well as a $75 "Shipping (out of area)" fee. So now my original, already expensive order shoots up another $134! What happened to FREE shipping as advertised on the item’s webpage? These fees really need to be clearly stated on every PRODUCT page and not buried in a footnote on some other page.

Needless to say, this has been a less-than-stellar shopping experience. I was half-tempted to just cancel the order and buy it elsewhere - even if it cost me more. I just hope the television arrives on time and in one piece, now...

My order was just shipped out 12/2 @ 4:22pm - well over their advertised shipping window: "Online orders usually ship within 24 hours; but may on occasion take 1 – 2 business days." That wouldn't be too terrible if it weren't for the fact that the estimated delivery date for the shipment....is 12/27. So 1 month after my original purchase will I have my television. Oh, and this is after I paid them extra for their "out of area" fees. What a waste.

********************* UPDATE 2 **********************

I received a call from Justin, like many others here. He apologized for the inconvenience of my purchase experience and was willing to refund me $100 as well as try to expedite the delivery of my television (the full $134 refunded and/or an extended warranty would have been a nice touch, but I'll try not to be too picky). Supposedly the website developers are looking into ways to make the online shopping experience a little smoother (or at least that would be a really good idea), as well as to make sure the shipping/handling information is in plain site on a product's page and at final checkout.

The now 5-stars this review has (instead of the initial 2) pertains more to my customer service experience than to the overall shopping experience at AllTimeTVs.

********************* Final Thoughts **********************

The TV arrived Dec. 12th - earlier than initially expected - and in mint condition. I'll give AllTimeTVs the benefit of the doubt and say most of the troubles I, and other people have been having over the past couple of months, are solely due to the fact of hurricane Sandy, which is completely understandable. They still need to fix their website to make any extra charges clear before finalizing a purchase, but other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.

"I placed an order for a Sony HDR-GW77v/b camcorder 5 days ago and have not gotten confirmation that the order is being processed. Website says that it would ship in 1-2 business days. My order is not even in "My Account" yet. I tried to call but was #26 in the queue and I couldn't wait that long. I then emailed with information and requested to cancel if I didn't hear from them soon. Two days later, I forwarded the same email to them. Today I still have not heard and the website does not show my order. I'm pretty sure that they are not a scam, but I'm very unhappy with the lack of communication that I'm experiencing.

Update 11/29/2012:
I quickly got a call from Justin at customer service. He apologized and explained the situation and told me that the item would get shipped out quickly and he upgraded the shipping to 3 day. He called me the next day and emailed a UPS confirmation and again thanked me for the business. Now that is good customer service....I just wish that it was done this way at the beginning. Waiting for my package now....

"Ordered a Samsung 46" ES7500 yesterday at a great price (same as East Coast Tvs and $300 less than everywhere else.

I cannot give a full review yet as it has not been received yet.

There is one thing to note so far (that I am not happy with).

I received a call straight after ordering online which was apparently to 'check my order was genuine', which is in fact a sales call to upsell you more options (mounts, cables, warranty) - so be aware. In addition (after refusing all of these), I was told that there was a 'mandatory' insurance fee of over $80, which by the way is not mentioned at any point during the view item, add to cart, payment, checkout or invoice flow. The statement is on the website, but you need to navigate to the dedicated page: http://www.alltimetvs.com/Shipping_Info.htm.

I think that not having the statement on at least the checkout page is poor. It is not that I am opposed to the idea of the charge, but why not include the statement in a place where people are easily able to see it and as part of the shopping process?

Basically, as it is defined today it gives an excuse to call you to try and upsell you and squeeze more money out of you.

I found this tactic a little devious. So just beware.

Apparently, as I told the rep on the phone I was not happy about this, my shipping has been upgraded - let's see..
Also, I was given an HDMI cable.

I will update this review once I have received my TV.

Summary:

PROS - Price, No Tax,'free' shipping, free HDMI cable
CONS - Upsell/sales call tactics, website checkout process does not mention 'mandatory insurance fee'. Just be honest with this you are still cheaper than the competition.

Update 11/28- promise if expedited shipping via fedex kept. +1 star. Keep it up.
Updater 12/03 - tv arrived today. Excellent. Overall 4 stars, good service in the end. Pros and cons remain as before.

"Alltimetv customer service called me an took care of my griveiance. They added 2 year warranty and express shipping to compensate for my inconvenience. I am all excited and can't wait watch the TV since I have waited so long. It means a lot as I get to watch my newborn's videos and pics on the large screen.

I saw the excellent deal for LG 55LM6700 55" LED-backlit LCD TV - 1080p (FullHD) at 1195 for Cyber Monday. I also confirmed the seller ratings on this site which was excellent for most. After confirming that it was was in stock (I was told they will ship it right away and doesn't matter if I book online or on the phone) I booked the TV.
I called in an hour later (had to wait for 15 minutes to get through) to confirm if the order was in and I was told that it is good to go. I started wondering if everything was fine since it was more than a day that I did not recieve any response form AllTimeTvs. I called in today (this time I had to wait for 32 minutes before I could speak to someone) again to check why the order was not being processed. I was shocked to know that the item is out of stock (The site still shows item in stock though at a higher price $1318) and it was oversold even before I booked the order and the person who told me that the item was in stock did not know that it was oversold. I was told that since my card is not charged I can wait for backorder or cancel my order. More over the sales guy tried to sell me the LG 55LM7600 which I do not want. I don't feel LG 55LM7600 is worth the extra money.
Overall I was lot more disappointed and disheartened because I had waited a year to buy an LED at a good deal.

When I had to call in to confirm that my order was valid and brought up the charge, the guy was very rude and made it clear he didn't need my business. "SO FRUSTRATED!! Ordered a camera lens, that is VERY common, they claim they have a bunch in stock, and it has now been OVER A WEEK since I placed this order and it still has not shipped. Every time I call they tell me it's shipping by the end of the day (which was 3 times last week) and STILL nothing. And every time you call, I'm pretty sure there is only one person in the office because it takes forever to get through. NOT worth the price with the worry that comes with thinking you've been had. Still waiting for my item, and if there is no shipping by the end of the day, I'm cancelling this order and just buying it in store. This is ridiculous.

**Update** Received a call from a rep explaining the confusion between their warehouse and Nikon warehouse. Since I work in shipping, I understand where everything got confused in transit, but it still would have been nice to have this communication through the process last week. Grateful that this actually has been shipped a few days ago, and thank you for calling me to let me know what is going on.
