"I bought a Samsung UN60ES8000 from AlltimeTvs and my total experince was excellent. I placed my order over the phone and dealt with Mike. He was very freindy and he was working on Christmas eve 12/24. I also ordered the white glove and the extended warrenty. He gave me the HDMI cables.
After I was off the phone I got an e-mail with everything that we had talked about on my order. A few hours later I got another email with the shippers info and a tracking #. I said to check in 1 - 2 days to check the status but that shipping was going to take 5-10 days. I checked on friday just for the heck of it and I saw that my order was in New York.
Today Monday 12/31 I received a phone call from AM deliverys that my tv was going to be delivered in 30 minutes, (I was totally surprised since it had only been 3 working days and with the holidays) they were actualy here in 20 minutes. 2 men brought my tv inside and opened the box and plugged the tv in to show me that it was working. It looked great. My 5 year warrenty and new cables were also in the box. I would recommend Alltimetvs to my best friend and will be a return customer."

"Update: I got a call for a representative of AlltimeTV. They finally credited my American Express after seeing the bad review here. They also offered me a couple of items to compensate for the hassle. I appreciate the offer. Then I was asked to remove this negative review. If they had done anything they committed to, or gave the refund the other times I asked for it rather than doing so when they saw this review, maybe I would have considered their request. I found the whole experience awful and would not recommend this company. Just too many hassles.
Not a good experience. I placed an order online. I got a call the next day and was told the order would ship right away. A week later I got another call saying the order had not shipped yet. I explained that I was leaving town and had no use for the order if it would not arrive within a week. I was told they would ship it expedited at their cost and I would get it within my needed time frame. It was not expedited and I was gone for 3 weeks, so UPS returned it to AllTimeTV. I was told when they got it back, I would get a refund. I checked the UPS tracking # and they received it 11 days ago, no refund, no reply my emails. I understand a mistake, but the lack of responsiveness is why the bad review. "
" The prices are great and I found the TV I was looking for much lower at AllTimeTVs than any other online site. I ordered on Monday 11/26/2012 and got an email that my order was received and would get another email when my order shipped. Thursday I emailed AllTimeTvs asking when my order would ship. I got a reply saying that the order was pending because it required a verbal confirmation, but I had not received a call or email prior to my inquiry about this. Finally got through to AllTimeTvs on Sunday 12/02/2012 and after having to pay a insurance shipping charge that was not mentioned when I placed my order and I got an email with a tracking number. 10 days of the tacking site saying nothing but Electronic Billing Information received I contacted AllTimeTVs again asking where my order was. The next day 12/13 I received an email stating that yesterday (12/12) they were notified by the trucking company that the TV was damaged in transit again no email or call stating this until I emailed them. Received a new tracking number and was ungraded to Express Shipping but it is now 12/19 and no TV yet. I am so disappointed and would not recommend this company, bad customer service and no communication of what is happening!
UPDATE: I was contacted by Justin and he was very helpful and understanding. I understand the holiday season is very busy for them and they were great at answering my questions. I would shop with them again and not judge them by this one order. They offered to refund my shipping insurance charge because of the delay and the replacement they had to send. AllTimeTVs really cares about their customers and are willing to work with you. I will update again when my order arrives.
UPDATE: I finally got a call and as to when I am scheduled to receive my order from the shipping company. Although I won't get it in time for Christmas, I am happy I will have it soon. The slow shipping is not a reflection of AllTimeTVs but of the shipping company."
"I purchased Canon Mark 3 with warranty. Camera came in an open box and I have not received warranty yet. I called and I was told that it will come separately soon. its almost 3 weeks. I am trying to call them and the wait is atleast couple of hours. Not resolved yet.
I did get a phone call from Frank on 12/24/2012 who explained it to me that phone system are messed because of storm. He was nice enough to give me a refund of 100$ and explained everthing to me in a nice manner. Thank you"
"I purchased the TV on line. There was a problem with the shipping but Frank From All Time TV's quickly corrected the problem. The TV came in as described. All Time TV's was great to work with. I would highly recommend them. "
"I will start with "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY". I ordered my Samsung tv from this company. They are really fast to charge the credit card. They will not process the order immediately. first they will call to sell other stuff and finally persuade you to buy the 5 year protection plan. they will keep forcing you that you should buy the plan. they will tell you in a way you will believe that the tv will stop working after sometime. Anyways I didn't buy anything from them. then the representative got irritated and told me that there is extra insurance charge of $75 which can be waived if I agree to buy the protection. when I asked it wasn't mentioned anywhere then they said that its there in the website but they don't show it when you make the transaction. I agreed to that without doing much research. Then I started exploring about Alltimetvs and found that they are not even authorized dealers of any of the brands they are selling. When I called Samsung they said that "I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE 1 YEAR MANUFACTURING WARRANTY". when I called Alltimetvs they didn't agree to that but didn't deny that either. after a lot of arguments they said that they are going to drop the $75 insurance charge. but when I asked for cancellation they said that its shipped so they cant cancel it and I will have to 15% restocking fee + 2.5% transaction fee + $300 for shipping charges. When I called the trucking company they said that they haven't even received the tv. These people put the status to shipping immediately after you place the order so that you cant cancel it. If you read the return policy they actually make you pay for everything once the status is marked as "shipped" but not actually shipped. Now the price of the tv is reduced by $200 even before I have received the tv and they don't even want to match that. There is absolutely no reason to buy from this company as customer service is bad, return policy is bad, price is bad and on top of that they are not even authorized sellers of any of the brands. Pay some extra dollars but buy from authorized and reputed stores.
Update:
A manager from AllTimeTvs.com called today to resolve the matter. As my main concern was about the warranty, he agreed to add 5 year warranty plan for this TV without any cost. As they called me immediately after seeing this post, it shows they really care customers so I take my words back. Even after all the arguments I am satisfied the way they handled the matter."
"I bought a Panasonic VT50 65 inch plasma from alltime tv's. Their price on this particular set was considerably less than best buy. There was an insurance fee to ship it. They called me within 2 days of placing the order online to confirm the order. I was really nervous as anybody would making a purchase such as this online. But I had done my research on the TV and I knew that this was the one I wanted. I took a chance and did the order. Alltime Tv's didnot disappoint. They confirmed my order and aside from the hidden insurance fee, the tv shipped. The shipping company called the next day to say that they had picked up my product and would be calling for a delivery time once it arrived at their hub. They called within 5 days and a delivery time was set. The delivery guys were very helpful and patiently waited as I checked out the package for damage. Needless to say, I was impressed with how the whole thing transpired, and I am not an easy person to impress. Like I said, I was extremely nervous. All in all I am extremely happy and satisfied with the purchase. The TV is awesome! I would definitely use Alltime Tv's in the future without hesitation. And just so you know, this all transpired during the busy Christmas Holiday season. Thanks Alltime TV for making my purchase easy."
"I ordered a TV, cables and one pair of 3D glasses. Received my Panasonic VT50 and HDMI cables within ten days in new condition, and no defects. The glasses were not shipped as planned, but after cantacting Alltimetvs they are sending me an extra pair for free because of the mistake with the order.

"I purchased a Samsung 60 LED TV Model# UN60ES8000 on December 13th, 2012. I was upsold the white glove delivery which is an additional $129 & a 5-year extended warranty which I was hesitant about. There is an insurance charge of 3.9% since this is an oversized television.
Once the TV was mounted, it looked fantastic. Great picture, etc. But there was one major problem. The tv would shut off and turn back on right away. This happened at least once a day.
I called AllTimeTvs and they told me to call Samsung. I did so and Samsung came to my home and replaced the motherboard of the television (took about 10 minutes)
Fast forward to today.... about 3 months after the service repair from Samsung and the same issue has come up again. The television just randomly shuts off and turns back on. I am afraid to accuse AllTimeTvs but I feel like they sold be a defective TV. Hope i'm wrong but I'll be calling Samsung again if/when the issue happens again. "

I have dealt with Justin and Frank and both have tried their best to resolve the issues I have had. A new television is being shipped out to me and I am hoping for the best."
