"I received a call about 5 minutes after my online order was placed. Confirmed my equipment order and delivery address. The delivery was actually going to be too fast so I asked for a few extra days. He said no problem, and asked if I needed any additional accessories which are typical for a new install.

Alpine sent emails to keep me updated and the delivery company emailed and called. Everything went very smoothly. Delivery guy wheeled the pallet to my side yard because I had surgery and couldn't lift anything. It was all new packaging and wrapped nicely on the pallet.

"the delivery was scheduled for last wed, the 12.it showed it left reno on the 10th,it never arrived. we were never notifie d by the shipper where it was or what happened. it finally was delivered today,the 19th. the driver was not happy. the lift gate was not working and needed a crow bar to fix. he did load it on our friends truck bed so we could drive it down the drive to the shed. he handed the paperwork to our friend.forget the name was LINDA, but it is here and a nice unit. we will install it tomorrow
