The shipping was great. The delivery arrived 1 minute prior to the tracking estimated delivery time. That is extremely rare. Also the driver was more helpful than indicated in the tracking information.
Upon inspection, everything was there, far more than any other vendors that I researched. The quality of everything appears to be top notch.
Now, I am itching to start installing. Just waiting for an available time slot and weather...

The entire order was packed and very securely strapped down and shrink wrapped on a small skid that arrived very quickly and in perfect order.

I used a photo of the Alpine skid as an example of how to correctly pack and send an order out to Speedway Motor’s Customer Service … I received a shipment the day before from Speedway for a front end assembly, including rack companion steering and power brakes for a 54 Chevy pick up truck I am having someone do a frame up restoration on that came in eight separate boxes… two were actually spilling parts out of torn boxes.

"Ordered unit quick and easy. Prior to shipping Alpine called me to insure I had all the items needed for installation, great follow up. I ordered a Mini Split system with the Unit, Head and Remote. I didn't need the line set, power cord, drain hose and associated hardware for installation as I do HVAC work. For someone who didn't know; that would have been a disaster trying to put together all the needed components. Additionally, the delivery driver informed me he has delivered many of these units from Alpine and always gets great remarks about how good these units are.
