"I don’t have anything bad to say about the mini split because it hasn’t even arrived yet. I live down a narrow road and have told the delivery service multiple times it needs to come on a straight truck. But they keep loading it on a tractor trailer and they failing to deliver it because they can’t get back here. Please consider a different delivery service. Tractor trailers don’t work well for residential deliveries. "
