Terrible

"Terrible customer service, don't care if your product gets there damaged or not, won't reply back when trying to get issues with their carrier worked out, pushes all their paperwork off on the customer to deal with. Once your check clears, you are on your own!"

“Good Afternoon Robert,

I apologize for the issues and inconvenience you experienced with your delivery. We want all of our customers to receive their orders in excellent condition and in the event damage does occur in transit we are happy to assist any way we can. In situations like this, where the damage was not signed for on delivery, we are limited in the actions we can take. We do send instructions that offer initial guidance on the next steps for filing a concealed damage claim with the carrier for damage that was not signed for upon delivery. It is not our intention to push paperwork on to our customers and we do understand the inconvenience but in the event damage is not signed for upon delivery all claims would then have to be filed through the carrier by the consignee.

I know you also had sent in questions regarding the severity of the damage to the products and I am sorry for the delayed response. I see that you did receive communication from one of our technical support representatives reviewing the photographed damage and based on those photographs, there was no reason for concern as this appears to just be cosmetic damage. If any issues arise in the future you do have free unlimited technical support on all items purchased from us here at Alpine Home Air so do not hesitate to give us a call, we will be happy to assist any way that we can.

"right product in a timely manner. Reasonable price. Probably could have shipped first class mail for less than 5 bucks but only use UPS.

Although most of the install was just a switch out a little instruction sheet would have been nice.

Seemed to be the best price I could find.

You Can Do This Without Any Experience!

"Thought this was over my head but with the videos and advice from the salesperson, it went very well. Not only did I save a ton of money but I was able to take the time to do a much better job than a hourly worker would. MADE IN AMERICA was a deciding factor also.
