Thank you for your review. My sincere apologies for the delay and frustration which you have experienced. I reviewed your order and see that it was initially delayed due to some address/contact information which needed to be confirmed prior to shipment - this is a measure we take to ensure that the carriers are able to reach our customers for delivery, as they will not deliver products without scheduling an appointment first. I am sorry that this caused an initial delay to your shipment but hope you can appreciate the fact that it will speed up delivery from the carrier for you.
I understand that you initially spoke with our customer service manager on 3/20 and she did call you back leaving a voicemail at the updated phone number on your order after reviewing the entire situation - is there a better number for us to reach you at? Additionally, can you please let me know which number you have been contacting to leave voicemails? I do not see any messages within our customer service line and want to make sure that we do not have a gap in process somewhere - we of course want to make sure we receive and address all messages from our customers in a timely manner! I do see that your shipment was delivered and signed for in good condition, which I am glad to see.
