"Needed a heat pump for a home that I’m doing. The sales person suggested a Blueridge unit and put together a quote for the unit and accessories that would be needed. During the installation process it became apparent that the electric whip that they sent (4’) was too short. The unit itself is about 4’ wide and the connection is at front side corner. When I called customer service the guy was sort of no use to me at all and told me I would need to call back to get a return number. When I called back for return number after reading all the terms to return the item it makes me think that next time I will go elsewhere. I don’t see where I should have to pay for return shipping plus I sure the item when clearly they shouldn’t have offered that short of a whip to begin with. "

"The drain tube supplied with the order is to replace the drain tube on the air handler. This is not mentioned anywhere and thus unit was installed and then through phone call with tech support I discovered this.
The hardware supplied with the wallmount unit will not work with the 30K btu unit. Fender washers and longer bolts are required.
The rest of the experience was great. Proper sizing and help with needed items was appreciated."
