"The entire process with alpine was seamless. Placed the order with Eric. Was impressed with his knowledge of his product as well as overall with mini splits. I had previous install knowledge and experience with pioneer and senville. So understanding that Blueridge was simply another very good Midea manufactured product made me more confident in this purchase. Install this time was a two floor consoles. One for 418sq ft space and other 570 sq ft. Was nervous I undersized the larger area since both are 12k consoles but so far I am well please. Tested cool air for about 15 min and heat for about 5 minutes. Both were above my expectations with 12k consoles. Awoke this morning to 69 degree inside temperature. Thought to myself man I hope this holds up for many years(which I believe based on reviews it will). Thanks for marketing a good product with a fair price!"

"I purchased a 4-ton mini split floor mount unit kit. Installation was easy but I have installed mini splits before, so I knew most of what to expect. My only very minor gripe was that my package didn't include the low voltage wire but that was easily fixed with a run to Home Depot.

Simply put it made my very uncomfortable home with an open floor plan and 18-foot ceilings very comfortable. Can barley even tell the unit is running inside or outside. Me neighbors are surprised by how quiet the outside unit is. As far as inside, whisper quiet unless you set it to turbo but even then, it is still not bothersome or very noticeable with normal levels of house noise.

"The Air Conditioner is working fine so far, 3 days 90-degree heat. The DIRECTIONS could and should be both clearer and have the pictures agree with the particular unit. Also, twice within our direction's pieces were mentioned that had to be purchased. The unit had to be checked (lines checked and such) by a professional. It makes sense but the usual do it yourselfer would not be able to complete the install. Again, we (myself and a skilled remodeler) scratched our heads, puzzled our way through the directions, purchased the needed parts (extra money, Hired the professional to check the install $60.00 extra) and it is in. Working FINE! and is very QUIET."
