These guys are seriously good at what they do. To start, they have an excellent product with the sales and after purchase staff to back it up. Honestly, I was terrified being this was my first attempt at a hands-on air conditioning purchase. My story begins with me restoring 4,000 feet of a 115 year historic property. Going ductless was the way for me. I settled with the the 36,000 BTU, 4 zone BMM36C. Though I am handy with tools, I knew nothing about air conditioning - nothing. They did not try to over sell me when I was buying. My purchase was exactly what I needed and everything was there upon delivery. I was overwhelmed when all that stuff arrived. After several months of looking at what I bought, reading the manuals, watching videos, I finally decided to go for it.
