"Purchased a roof unit in March 2024, installed by Comfort Zone H & C. The first time I tried to use it, after being installed and inspected by Comfort zone, it did not work. When the service person finally arrived he stated that it was not properly charged with freon from the company. He said he repaired it and a few weeks later it quit working again. Presently, it is not working again and we have called Comfort zone six times in three days. We change the filter every three weeks. I don't know if the issue is the unit or the company representing them.

"As a loyal customer who's purchased 7 HVAC systems from AlpineHomeAir.com, I'm disappointed. My recent 2-ton system, recommended by their sales agent, is severely undersized. Despite following all troubleshooting steps, it fails to adequately cool. The company refuses to address the issue or offer solutions, disregarding years of customer loyalty. Now, I'm left with an expensive, ineffective system. Get multiple opinions on sizing and be wary of their customer service. They do not call you back when you leave a voicemail or follow through on scheduled calls. Do not trust them. "
