I had a very good experience since I called for advise. I never heard about the brand, but it had a brand name compressor and Evap coil seems to be very well made. To my amazement a "real person" answered the phone, no waiting on hold and the tech support person was knowledgeable and walked me through the troubleshooting. We determined the main control board was bad and Alpine immediately identifed it as a warranty issue. They ordered the parts under warranty and shipped them the same day. AMAZING GREAT SERVICE.
