"Customer service is basically non existent after they received payment......
They Sent out to my contractor a damaged unit, when I declined the $150 off they offered to compensate and asked for a new unit, they said they'd have to get back to me.
That was over 2 weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone.
Meanwhile, my project remains incomplete because the damaged unit is the main component needed to complete the installation.
