He had a good idea of what I needed just by going over the details of the home over the phone. The price beat Home Depot and trying to pick out all the parts myself. The delivery was quick and easy. After I had everything installed I had over $1,200 in product left over and even though it was over the 30 days that they refund everything in full, I got an approval to send the items back and got a full refund within 24 hours of them receiving the product. I feel like we have lost true quality customer service with many companies as a whole. Alpine has renewed my faith that there are high end, professionals that carry the true, honest amazing customer service that everyone strives to get. I did not have a clue what I was doing and what I needed when I first called and now I look like a super star to my family. I can't thank their team enough for the many calls and questions I had and taking care of our family like their own family. Even more important, the air quailty is amazing. The air units are quiet and the motor is not very bulky. It comes with a stand so they are off the ground. This company is amazing and our family highly recommends Alpine."
