"I ordered the Alpine Blueridge BMY917 9,000 BTU Single Zone Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump System - WiFi Capable for our 12X10 Sunroom. I researched a few other retailers, but for the price and quality....this system just made sense. First of all, I didn't have to go through an air-conditioning contractor to purchase. This company allows direct to consumer purchases, and it cuts down on the delivery time. We had the mini-split installed by our heating and air-conditioning company which took about 4 hours. I'm glad that we did, because it was done correctly. We have been using the mini-split for about 3 months with no problems at all. When you call for information or tech support, the customer service representatives acknowledge you by your first name upon answering your call. I think this makes it personal, and you feel like the company cares about you. I was in contact with a representative named Nani who really went above and beyond during the delivery process because they were a few items damaged by the carrier. No problem, Nani made sure that the replacement parts were delivered via UPS within 2 days. I purchased a Cielo Breeze Plus Smart Air Controller which took this system to another level. Now we can control the functionality from our phones, and it comes with a 4 inch display that gives you all the features which is on the app. I would definitely recommend this product and company. "

I guess the only "complaint" is that the whip (to the outside unit) only came with one 90 and one straight end, I needed two straight ends (seem like this its the way the last few have been) other than a trip to the hardware store and 3 bucks, it worked very well.
I put an alepine purchased system (old goodman) in my primary residence, 21 years ago, have replaced one capacitor in that whole time, worked perfectly from day one, and still does.
