"Grille was badly bowed and twisted when delivered by FexEx. I straightened it out and used it. More thoughtful packaging might help. The corrugations in the cardboard box and filler pads should run parallel to the long side of the grille not perpendicular to it. This would stiffen the box and help prevent bowing. Maybe a sticker that says "Do Not Bend". This issue will not stop me from ordering again but the grille would have been returned if I had the time to wait for a replacement."
