Alpine asks $25 for the item to be lowered from the truck to the street level. We didn't pay this fee, yet the driver lowered the item and delivered it all the way to the steps of our house free of charge. It seems that this $25 fee does not go to the driver."

One of the boxes arrived slightly smashed in. Probably due to UPS stacking something too heavy on box

Solution would be a box in box type of package or heavy cardboard on ends of package
