"A couple of the items looked like they had been opened and repackaged and packaging was all scuffed up on the thermostat (even though it was safely wrapped in another box). The Supply Plenum was repackaged-barely, with a number of previous shipping tags scratched off. We'll know how everything works once I get it installed."

"My HVAC components arrived in a timely manner, in good condition and at a favorable price. Fortunately, I paid the extra charge for lift-gate delivery as the truck arrived before the labor I hired to move the shipment.
My only disappointment was in not ordering an A coil support shelf kit for my furnace. The way I read the furnace description, it seemed to be included. When I started the installation, I realized that there was no shelf included and had to delay my installation.....I do now have heat which is good as it is supposed to be 29 degrees tonight."
