"I am a DYI person and I did a fair amount of research before making my purchase. I was very grateful that the website is setup the way it is because it helped narrow down what I needed, gave options, and included all the accessories that unless I was a trained pro, I never would have thought of. I called into Alpine with a question and they knew who was calling and already had my order information up and ready to discuss the equipment. What was better was the person I was speaking with acknowledged that he wasn't sure about a question I had but offered to connect me with an in-house hvac installer to make sure I got the accurate information I needed. I'm still working at getting the equipment installed but I am confident that I will get all the assistance, short of them coming out to my house personally, that I would need. As far as the quality of the products, I did read some really bad reviews but I came to the conclusion that 95% of the problems originated from homeowner errors during installation, or inexperienced installers. I read other reviews from installers that said the equipment was/is very good and preferred Goodman over other brands because of consistent results, and the best warranty of other more expensive brands. In conclusion, you can feel comfortable about dealing with Alpine Home Air!"
