Ive purchased many Items only had a problem with one circuit board. however the furnace sat for over a year in storage so I did not pursue the issue. tracking is great. and your prices cannot be beat especially on the major items. I would purchase more repair parts but clients usually need them within 24 hours. I anticipate purchasing more major items. Great Job, Cannot be happier with your services Thanks. "

"When the furnace was delivered I took off the plastic wrap took off the top cardboard inspected it and signed the delivery forms. The furnace was now sitting on a piece of square cardboard that ran up the furnace about 3 inches. The furnace sat for about a week. Then my installer went to remove the cardboard and take the furnace off the pallet. That's when he noticed the bottom corner of the furnace was mangled. We tipped the furnace back and realized the whole bottom of the furnace was smashed. Upon further inspection we found missing screws along the bottom also. The furnace was obviously rammed with a fork lift or something and I believe alpine knew it but it was sent out to me anyway. Alpine washed there hands of it and told me to contact fed ex. They also denied my claim. When my furnace guy lifted the furnace and we pulled the cardboard out you could tell it had been sitting damaged for a while the cardboard had taken the shape of the dent and it there was old dust and scuff marks. I stopped payment to Alpine immediately. I spent hard earned money and since I signed the delivery paper and they concealed damage now I have to play games to get what I deserve a new undamaged furnace like they claim on there website. "

"I received the order and was a little disappointed with the carrier. I paid for a lift gate service, which his truck didn't have. The driver helped me load it into the Back of my pick up. We had to take the pallet of products and unpack it before we could load the furnace into my pick up. His truck was too large to get up to my house. Everything arrived in good shape and I am pleased. After downloading and printing out the installation manual I see I have a lot to learn. One of the things I am perplexed by is the filter your tech. recommended. With this furnace I don't find a place or room to attach it. Am I missing something? Thank you for such a fine looking furnace. I think it will preform very well for years to come."

"I placed an online order for Honeywell furnace humidifier filters a week ago Tuesday. I indicated that I selected standard delivery and expected that product to arrive within a few days. The box of filters arrived the very next day. I was able to change the filter and have my furnace checked for use as temperatures have become seasonal and heat is needed. The furnace humidifier filter was easy to install and I made certain to order a sufficient amount to last me the next five years. I thought that obtaining this filter would be difficult as several hardware and major chain stores in the area did not stock this filter for the Honeywell HE 150 model. I most definitely will click on this website should future needs arrive. Very pleased indeed."
