"Blueridge 921UH090CE16 This is a quiet running furnace . The instructions are complete I do appreciate that . Before the install I cleaned the supply duct runs there were spider webs and lots of dust useing a shopvac with extensions. Used snips for the return air on the furnace, no metal dust. elect .no issue, thermo 3 wire heat and fan R W G . LP gas conversion kit is well detailed . "

"I contacted Alpine's customer service department twice; both for shipping issues that were the fault of the carrier. In the first instance, the carrier did not deliver one package from my order. Alpine's customer service rep was very professional, and quickly sent out another item; no questions asked.
The second instance was when the same carrier tried to bill me for priority shipping, even though I paid it through Alpine when I ordered my mini split system. Once again, a very courteous customer service rep told me she would inform the carrier to remove the charge. When I told her how thankful I was and that I was disappointed in the carrier for delivering my order 5 days later than the expected delivery date, she told me she would refund the $25 I had paid for the priority service. I would have never asked for that, but she said, "you paid for priority and didn't get it, so you shouldn't have to pay for it".
I love the mini split system I purchased, but I'm even more in love with Alpine for the excellent customer service I received. I'll definitely continue to be a customer of Alpine Home Air!"
