I called the customer service ( unfortunately I forgot the name of the man who helped me) but he was professional and patience with me. Helped me very quick to change the order. He told me that the new humidifier will be shipped in two weeks but it was delivered in about 4 days after my call. Thank you for your business! "

Before the install I cleaned the supply duct runs there were spider webs and lots of dust useing a shopvac with extensions. Used snips for the return air on the furnace, no metal dust. elect .no issue, thermo 3 wire heat and fan R W G . LP gas conversion kit is well detailed . "
