"UPDATE: Their online security and privacy is very bad - anyone on the same computer can see and change your personal information, they have no login required to view your cart. Several things on my order were changed (including changing my salutation to "Ms." even thought the computer used was my personal notebook which is never out of my sight when operating. They claim to use Google Payments and have no control over my plainly visible credit card info, but I don't have a Google Payments account, as verified by Google. They continually refuse to address the security and privacy issues. They simply deleted my order when I raised the issue. They sell contact lists which you have to opt out of. They still cannot confirm that my personal info has not already been sold to others. Communication takes an incredible amount of time, and only responded when I mentioned going to the Attorney general's Office to get this cleared up. END UPDATE The single worst experience I've had online in ten years. They invented an email address for my account that is not mine (not even close - random is more like it) , so they have not communicated the out of stock notice. Their system has now deleted my credit card info, and I can't get anyone on the phone or to return a call or to answer an email. There is no way to find out what has happened to my order or to confirm that they have it, can cancel it, will honor it, etc. I would advise buyers to avoid this seller at all costs. "
"The problem with this website is that there is no customer service whatsoever. I didn't get any tracking information on my product a week and a half after I ordered it so I assumed that they had taken my money. The money was removed from my account the day after the order. I went ballistic because I read all the bad reviews and called the company. I left three messages and emailed them twice. Still I got no response. So I did what any persistant shopper would do. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint on an FBI associated internet scam website. While completing the BBB complaint, there was a knock at my door. MY PACKAGE was here! So if someone from the company would have contacted me, none of that drama would have occured. I actually felt upset about the whole situation but it's too late now. One week later....... I was checking my bank account online and notices that I have a full refund for the ladybugs that I DID recieve. Now I'm extra sorry for the mixup but like I said before, customer service is a must. How simple it would have been to email and say, "Your package was shipped." "

Any retailer that hides that effectively deserves to be exposed.

"The silver polish I purchased was shown as in stock when ordered on May 9, however when I checked the statuis online it was shown as back ordered. Later the online status showed it shipped on May 21. When I had not received it by June 2 I tried to query the status and found that Always Brilliant is virtually impossible to contact. The online customer service pages force you to search through all of the menus and you basically have to lie to get to an email contact screen. The response to my query was an email that said if the package had not arrived by Friday to let them know and they would reship. When the package had not arrived by that Friday (June 9) I attempted to reply by email but found that the Always Brilliant sending email address was invalid and the email bounced. I went back through the customer service menus and sent another query advising that the package had not been received and requesting a reship. The response received on Monday June 12 was for me to wait another week and then they would try to trace the package and reship if necessary. Once again the sending email address was invalid. Since it appeared this could go on forever, I went back through the customer service menus and requested a refund. I got a same day response promising to process the refund. When the refund had not posted to my credit card by June 28 (two weeks later) I went back through the customer service menus and asked when the refund might be processed. The reply was to the effect that it would be processed that day. The refund was processed on June 28 as promised however they refused to refund the $6.95 shipping charge. My order has now been marked as canceled on their web site and there is no way at all for me to contact them since all customer service options now direct me to a screen that says that the order has been canceled and the refund processed. I have ordered a lot of products on the internet and dealt with many vendors. This vendor is the most difficult to contact and has the worst customer service that I have ever seen.
