"Ordered a USB external modem, said retail price was $59, their price was $23. Add on $13 shipping. Modem came without manual, drivers, usb cable. All of this normally comes with this modem. After paying for the cable and downloading the drivers on another computer I spent more time and about as much money as if I would have gone to a local store. Shipping was slow too..."

"AVOID these people AT ALL COST!

The shipping dept for this place needs desperatly to learn how to pack items.

When I picked the box up from the ground after signing for it from FedEx, the weight shifted making me hit my shin on my security screen door.
When I first opened the box, I noticed that there was only one flimsy piece of cardboard to keep the factory pc case container in place.
This cardboard piece was on top of the pc case container.
Nothing on the sides or bottom, no bubble wrap, newspaper, nothing!

I did not see the Toshiba DVD Rom that I also ordered and became even
angrier.
Upon removing the pc case container from the shipping box, it sounded like someone was rolling a bag of screws inside of a coffee can.
It was screws rolling around, many screws.
They were outside of the case and in the red plastic the case was wrapped in?

Right away I knew something was damaged.
Things in the case were bumping and hitting inside?
The first damage was easily noticeable right out of the box.
One of the cd rom buttons had broken off the hidden drive face.

The next thing I noticed was terrible.
The entire motherboard side of the case frame looks as if it was sat on at an angle.
It is bent horribly, the case is scratched to hell from the screws that had broke open and escaped from the size of the bend on the motherboard side.

The rear of the case, by the PCI slots is pushed out?
What could cause this is what I thought until I opened the case and saw that the Toshiba DVD Rom was INSIDE OF THE CASE!
The DVD Rom was slammed all about the inside of the case.
There was no bubble wrap to hold the DVD Rom from moving around inside.
Sure the bare DVD was wrapped in bubble wrap but what about everything else that could be and was damaged?
The DVD Rom face was also damaged, the face is scraped on both sides and the
front.

Two days have passed and no reply to my many emails to anamax in any dept.
I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charge as anamax will not return any correspondence at all.

"No return emails. No tracking info given. Shipping was more expensive than item. State and education didn't get quicker service.

It finally came. 1 week late. They still over charged me for $50.00 on shipping that was supposed to be 2 days.

"Same problem that rob4128 had, I ordered a Hydraulic Case, and It never came. Price for case was $37.00 plus shipping made it come to a total of $151.99 :/ Luckily they did not charge me on my credit card."

"My experience with this company has been good. I've orderd maybe five or six times. Peridically I will buy cases and speakers from them. Sometimes other components. Their prices are reasonable -- in some cases excellent -- and they don't mark up the shipping. They don't allways have the greatest sellection available but all in all, I've done well with them."
