"December around Christmas they sent me an email hat they had caught fraudulent activity and cancelled the orders and reversed the charges. Then overn$100 fraudulent charges showed up on my amazon credit card. I notified the credit card company, who removed the charges from my account. Then Amazon LOCKS my account because they have not been paid for the fraudulent charges, and says they will keep it locked until I pay for the fraud charges. I send them heir own email but keep just getting form letter robot responses.
Do NOT store any credit card information on the amazon web site. There is no human alive at the wheel should the auto pilot **** up. "

As for prices...Well honestly they are overpriced on many items.I shop around before a final purchase.Many sellers have the same items cheaper.I also go to other sites as well to compare prices.Much of amazon is selling for higher than retail stores at times but you can find great deals on amazon too so its a 50/50 shot but I do like amazon."

I contacted their customer service and they said that my account has been suspended and I can’t use it. I asked them to return my $39.99 back and they replied that they will. "Paid for item, seller claimed it was sent. USPS said it was never given to them for delivery. No communication from seller, and Amazon makes it impossible to cancel order and get a refund. Both these companies, Goodmans the sellers and Amazon, are a joke. Stay away from these scammers. Once they have your money they will ignore you if you try to complain. Save your money and deal with a real business, not someone where your money disappears without a trace."
"Tried to set up a handmade seller account which if you look on the site it tells you on the summary page there is no monthly fees only pay 15% when make a sale. I say cool. I try to set it up and they tell me after going through a tax interview a whole hour long process then they spring it on me they will charge me $40 but I can get a refund basicly if I beg them for it. I cannot get anyone to explain why they claim no up front fees yet they charge up front fees. This company is a major scam a major joke. The CEO is a fricken loser and cheats on his wife as well. "I received a sealed gift card worth $50 for Amazon.
When I tried to retrieve it, Amazon said it had already been redeemed in another account! How could that be??? I had to peel off the cover from the redemption code. I never used the gift card. I asked the person who gave it to me to ask if it had been a gag gift. She was shocked, too. She said she bought it at Ralphs exactly to avoid this sort of thing from happening. I'm not really sure where the blame lies. But if Amazon had made their Gift Cards more secure maybe there'd be less theft.

"I have been a loyal Amazon.com customer for as long as they have been around. Have had a few minor problems but all were addresed professional and fast!
I bought an OEM Toner cartridge and what I got was a "generic replacement cartridge. Shipping was aweul. Box was torn open and way to big for item.
I wrote a review that explained this and they wrote back that it "could NOT be posted".
The 2nd party seller sez it WAS OEM! It was NOT. It was a PitneyBowes replacement that doesnot fit FX2100.
Selling items :not as described" is a strict violation of FTC rules. Now they are fighting me for replacement. They want wrong item before original order. They have my money, I have an unsuable item.
Since this was clearly THEIR fault. They should replace item at once and I will gladly sent wrong item in return. Have many photos of box and item/order showing wrong.
01/20/2019- When I pay for s&h they hold the items "hostage" until Amazon decides when to ship! When you pay for S&H, you ship when order received from Amazon NOT when Amazon decides they should ship.

"I have had several "refunds" put to an Amazon Gift card. i called and they did move them to my original form of payment, UNTIL today. Got the Philippines when I called, they have only Supervisors, on way to get you to a Manager, no way to do anything, except say NO!!! How can an Amazon supervisor not be able to contact her manager, might might ask. They cold only say it was not possible. SOOOOO I guess she answers to no one!
