I did place the number 6 shoes on Dec 22, with Amazon.ca, I only need to pay $51.25 with tax, I got the shoes number 8 on Dec 31, How come I call on Dec 31, the customer services did not tell me if I return the shoes, I will not get the replacement, I better to keep the shoes, you pay the good due, if you return, we will only get the refund, will not send the replacement. once I did mail back the shoes to them, they said the did change to the other seller, we will not sent me new replacements, if I want to buy the same shoes, I need to pay $286.05 + Tax to the new seller, I only can get the refund once I send the in-correct shoes back to them. I did return the shoes to you since Jan 1, they should got the shoes already, I did check your inventory, how come Amazon.ca did not get one size 8 show on line, I think did send to new seller already, so the new seller can sell to the new buyer more money, this is the way you do the business?, Unacceptable. like a spam, Amazon.com, they did take off my review, they only want to show the good review, the take off the bad one. and tell you need to follow their guidelines, no once know how to do, if you want their help, they said, you can check on line."
"Amazon use to be the cheapest and I have used heavily that past several years but this last year things changed and they are getting greedy now and are no longer the cheapest from several different perspectives! Just comparing the base price I have been finding more and more to not be cheapest, then add shipping. Free 2 day with Prime that now costs $119 instead of $60 like it use to and this does not include free shipping on returns! That is another funny thing, free 2-day shipping selected but finding more and more it is not here in 2 days or sometimes even a week? My word ... so much $ was lost on Christmas presents this year just for paying the return shipping costs.lol, a $16.99 toy that the box is 6"x6"x2" and weighs almost nothings costs $6.99 to return? A $70 Weighted blanket cost $29 to return .... NEVER again will I use Amazon for Christmas or gifts or rally anything I am not 99.9% it will not be returned! For gifts I am going back to physical stores like Kohl's where can shop online but the item can be returned directly without shipping costs."

"On August 28, 2018, I ordered a set of speakers through Amazon for my son. The speakers were ‘delivered’ on September 10, 2018. Although the delivery contract specified that the package could only be delivered to my son upon receipt of his signature, the FedEx delivery person instead gave the speakers to another individual in my son’s apartment building. This individual signed his name as ‘Tommas’ - a name with which both my son and I are unfamiliar. ‘Tommas’ has since made no attempt to return the speakers to us. One can only conclude that ‘Tommas’ stole the speakers, and that this theft was facilitated by a failure to uphold the delivery contract by FedEx.
From September through November, my son made numerous attempts to receive reimbursement from the seller, e@World, and FedEx. In November, after his attempts were thwarted several times, he asked Amazon what could be done. Amazon instructed him to make no further contact with e@World or FedEx, and assured him that Amazon would procure a refund for me. Six weeks later, after Amazon mistakenly denied my claim three times, I was finally issued a refund.
In sum, getting a refund through Amazon for lost/stolen items may be difficult, but not impossible."
"I have been an Amazon customer for many years and always had an ok experience but recently their customer service has taken a monumental slide downhill. I ordered a new kindle tablet and was going to send my old one as a trade in. The return period specified that the item be shipped back by the 25th but because of the Christmas holiday and traveling I knew I could not get back to ship the item by the 25th, so I simply asked them to extend the shipping window to the 28th which they agreed to do but when I went to return the item the shipping label was invalid. Trying to get this resolved with them has been a nightmare. Hours on the phone being bounced around out of the country call centers who are not able to do anything. Goodbye Amazon! I never thought I'd say it but you're starting to make Walmart look good."
"I received gifts from that the giver purchased on Amazon. Gift receipts were included, so I decided to return an item that I already had. Amazon wanted to take $5.99 off the item refund price for return shipping, which is ridiculous. It didn't matter which shipping option I chose, it still wanted to charge that. I thought Amazon was getting better about letter you return items that didn't work out. I expected them to honor gift receipts like other stores do. I guess I was wrong. In the future, when I buy gifts for people, I'll make sure to do it some other way so that if my gift receivers want to return their gifts, they can get the full amount back to spend on what they need or want.
Also, Amazon's two-day shipping has been lacking. It's more like three or four day shipping no matter what it advertises when you're looking to buy and check out."
"I ordered christmas gifts on december 7th, 2018....I waited for 2 weeks and nothing, then I contacted Amazon, 5 days before Christmas and the person who talked to me (which name was Aparma), told me that the package was lost in transit by the USPS, I explained her that those were Christmas Gifts, and she told me to re-order the items with fastest shippping option, and that she personally will be keeping track of it. Christmas came, and I didnt even received a tracking number for the new order, I was so frustrated with this kind of service in which they like to promise and promise but fails and fails! They dont care about customers! Definetly Im thinking about cancel my prime membership and my credit card with them."
"I ordered a pair of solar powered, ultrasonic animal repellers that are supposed to deter animals, birds, ect from eating or destroying your lawn or garden plants or fruit trees or vines,ect. As of the type of product it is, it takes some time to determine if it actually works and also summer is a really busy time for me. It is not like it was a flashlight and you can just turn on the switch and instantly know whether it works or not. My busy period has past and a couple of weeks ago I tried to review the product, that is all, I know I have missed the return time cut off, so I just wanted to warn other people about the product. They would not let me review it, something about I hadn't bought enough from them this year using an approved credit card. In fact I have an Amazon Visa and used my reward points to make the purchase. I guess according to their rule they are right because most , if not all of my purchases this year have been with my reward points.
I lost my reward points, got a worthless product and can't even complain about. I am really ****. The product was sold and shipped by a company called FancyGoo."

"It was awful. I have not ordered from Amazon in awhile, so i tried to login. Unfortunately as I couldn't remember my password I tried to reset it. Unfortunately in order to reactivate account I needed to have credit card used for the order, since I don't have the card anymore, I couldn't answer the question. After wasting time on the phone, I was asked additional questions based on orders from two years ago. Since I couldn't answer the questions, I was told I'd need to use a different email and set up a new account. I'm afraid they don't get it, the solution is not create a new email, the solution is I won't buy from Amazon. I'm not setting up a new email just to be able to order from Amazon."
"I purchased an item on Amazon last night. Today I woke up and the same item was $15 cheaper as sold by Amazon (same seller as original purchase). When I contacted customer support (by chat and then by phone) I was informed that they don't do post purchase price adjustments. Keep in mind the item is now in transit and has not yet arrived. I was also told that I couldn't receive manager approval for a partial refund.
Instead of just refunding the $15, Amazon called the carrier and put a stop on the item and refunded that purchase. I was then instructed to place another order for the item.
What an awful waste of time and resources! Not only that, but most retailers will honor price changes within a certain amount of time of the purchase date. For a company whose #1 goal is customer satisfaction, this is not putting the customer first and greatly disappoints me. "

I have very bad experience with Amazon. I ordered 12 Hyperikon UFO LED light with the amount more than $1500.00 . At the day delivered comming up, they did not show any shipping information for me. Then, i called them and they said my bank is not authoried. After that , i call my bank and my bank said they was authoried on the day that i was order the light. Then i call Amazon back and they said they need i verify address by doing following what they email to me. I wait more than 12 hour and did not get any email from them. After that , i call them, but they interupt my phone 3 times. Then, i went to my amazon account and write my review. After got my review, they clocked my account . I call to talk with manager and then finaly after 18 hours, they send the email to let me know how to verify my address. The day next to that. I fax my bank statement to them, but they still continued email and said i need to fax my bank statement. I call amazon customer service , they said they will have 24h to call me back and did not tell my that they got my fax or not. But after 24h they do not call anythings. I called them and they said they will call back 24h again. But they never do. And continue clock my acc, now i can not cancel my order or return any items that i buy from amazon either.
That is the wait big bussiness they treat with customers. We support their business. But they dont treat us right. I hope nobody have bad experience like me again."
