I ordered 4 movies and three shipped in one box and made it to me, the other movie used A1 International shipping, which wasnt able to find my house and returned it to amazon. According to amazon, they wont reship a returned packages, so I was left to order it again. I called customer service because the movie price went up by $10 and didnt want to pay that. It's sometimes difficult to rate Amazon because although I have ordered through them, I was actually buying from an Amazon affiliated company.
Although Amazon advertises free shipping over $25, it is sometimes hard to achieve it ordering $10 from one company, $7 from another, $6 from a third company $4 from another, you are faced with shipping charges that you will choke on.
There is no problem if the product is over $25 and is shipped from Amazon.
Another thing I don't like about Amazon is the lack of specifications on the products that they offer for sale. There will be a picture and a price and that's about it. I guess you have to be very familiar with the product before you order.
It sounds like I am not happy- not the case- I just avoid problematic products.

I just needed the small pan but couldn't find one by itself so I ordered this pair. For that amount of money, I didn't expect much but I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised - -I wasn't --they are as close to being junk as can be accomplished by modern man. Thin metal, cheap handles so what else can I say?
I would be afraid to cook with them so perhaps I could use them to scoop scum out of my fish pond.
Not that it matters but these pans are marked "Made in Colombia". That's the best I can say for them.

"KINDLE 2.0 DEFECT- i bought a Kindle cover for my 2.0 and it CRACKED my Kindle. Amazon is taking no responsibility and saying this is a "user misuse issue NOT a defect". The metal clips on the cover have cracked my Kindle 2.0 in two places. Nowhere on the Amazon site does it list that the cover can crack your Kindle for "improper use". i guess improper use is me keeping on my bedside and reading every nite. Whatever Amazon!"
