"I have been ordering from Amazon for years. Recently ordered two parts from Amazon...oh no wait they are a front for Home Essentials Depot...oh wait now they are a front for Zappy Sales!!!!! On Amazon it states the part is 12 volt, they shipped me a 120 volt. These parts are to repair a federal government emergency services backup power generator! I have been given the runaround from each of these companies for a month with no end in site. Amazon no longer has any sense of customer service, they should immediately find the correct item, have it shipped, ensure it is delivered and email a shipping label to return the incorrect part. Amazon has clearly turned into Ebay! This whole experience is un-acceptable!! I will never again order from Amazon!!"
"I bought a product that was priced considerably lower than I’ve ever seen and questioned the validity of the situation. It mysteriously got damaged enroute, the order was cancelled and my money was refunded. There was a lot of time wasted and a lot of disappointment. I tried to leave a review to that effect on the product page to forewarn any other unsuspecting customers and Amazon didn’t allow me to do it! They protected the person doing bad business on the other side!!! So, Amazon has given me the idea that they are corrupt, as well!!! Be careful when buying from this website!!!"

"Amazon Payments currently owes me for work that I have completed for their requestors and are making excuse after excuse why they cannot release my money. A rep by the name of Denny in Amazon Payments told me if I added something to my cart checkout on Amazon, that the balance would auto apply to that balance. It did not and, that money is supposed to go into my bank account, not as a gift card balance. This department has lied to me time and again and I’m tired of it. I suggest as a consumer or a worker, even as a requestor, that you steer clear of Amazon Payments. They are trying to get free labor from their workers and it’s illegal to do so. Small claims court will handle Amazon Payments. Period. "

"I give credit where credit is due, and for the past few purchases, Amazon has gone above and beyond my expectations. Usually when you'd purchase products later within the day of business hours ( past Five PM ) they'd process the order next day, and ship it the following processed day depending on how backed up they are or how busy they'll get.
I was hoping to get my purchase Friday or Tuesday due to their "May take up to 2 to 3 days to process your order" services they tell you and the website even stated I'll receive the order Friday if purchased within a set time frame, I ordered Wednesday at around 10 PM and it processed, shipped and DELIVERED on the same day, I chose 1 day delivery and you'd think that it'll be processed within 1 to 3 days, shipped early morning once processed and arrived the next day ( Hence my guess it'll come Tuesday ) but they went out their way to have it out for delivery immediately.

"I’ve been a loyal Amazon Prime and Amazon Now customer for years. Considering all the members in my family/household it is not uncommon to receive 2 or 3 deliveries per week.
Over the past 2 weeks, I have had two deliveries dropped off at the wrong house and a third delivery was placed in a mailing envelop but never sealed. Guess what, it fell out in the shipping process.
Previously my deliveries came via UPS recently Amazon switched to their own Amazon delivery service and that is when my problems started.
I’ll give their poor customer service staff credit. They did provide refunds, but it is strange they can take the monies out of my account instantly but it takes 3 to 5 business days for Amazon to put it the funds back into my account.
I’m switching to Walmart. Yes, Walmart’s 2 day delivery service is not really two days. An item purchased Tuesday evening using the Walmart 2 days service is not scheduled for delivery until Friday (do the math, it’s not 2 days). But, neither is Amazon's and I’m betting I will receive my package.
If Walmart works out, I’m dropping my prime membership.

They have a hard to use return policy, esp. if it is a 3rd party seller who does not respond. Amazon has always listened and to this day, I switched most of my online shopping to them.
