"This is in reference to the way Amazon is handling an international "wishlist" purchase and shipment. There are many reasons why someone would want their personal information hidden, and that should be respected. Up until recently, Amazon appeared to be doing just that until the last 2 shipments, one in Sept 2022, which was somehow resolved by someone at Amazon and did not care to divulge how, and now with this Oct 2022 order & shipment (Order # ***-*****-470023).
First, I was hung up on by the last Amazon CS agent. I know I kept calling, hours and hours of time, over 6 days, trying to figure out why the shipping on the order was so messed up. Sensing Amazon was behind this all along and confirmed by Amazon CS agent Colin M, I continued to press my case with no resolution, the shipment is still stuck in a DHL "Clearance event" (DHL tracking numbers: *****62020 & *****72052). Something is definitely wrong with the way Amazon has set up international shipping with DHL and maybe other carriers as well. All I know is from April 2020 to Aug of 2022 we never had an issue with shipments, using Amazon, from the US to Romania. And now we do. We checked the EU regulations and nothing changed that would affect our orders to Romania. Also, in the last month (Oct 2022) we have used other shipping companies besides DHL, using different online companies, rather than Amazon, with ZERO issues. Something stinks and it is coming from the halls of Terry Av N.
We were told by Amazon, that there was nothing they could do. We were told by DHL.ro that Amazon needed to fix their waybill. In the meantime, I am out $250, my family is without the blankets and gifts I sent, the shipment is in limbo for however long ..., and all we can do is wait for DHL to send the shipment back to Amazon so I can get a refund? - if I can get a refund.
Amazon is so huge, I doubt this will go anywhere. But I will post to as many sites as possible."
"Gets my packages on time and has lots of stuff to buy!"
"amazon has a section of items for everyday and fast shipping "
"Amazon is amazing and I often order things from them and they rarely ever disapoint."
"I received two relatively inexpensive items that I didn't want from two separate orders. Amazon gave me one return label for both products. I packaged and returned the items, received my refund, and believed it was finished. Weeks later, i received an email that they hadn't received one of the items. I checked online and both items were marked as received. Weeks later I received another email that Amazon hadn't received one of the items and was charging me for it. Online, the status of that item had been changed back to "In Transit". Tried to contact a customer representative. It was difficult to find a way, and I never got through to anybody. I haven't got all day to wait and fight with them over it, so I guess they'll keep the thirty-something dollars, but they'll never get another order out of me."
"they are much concerned about customer specification.......which is best thing i like"
"UPS and FedEx and Amazon distribution deliver to the door. USPS doesn't. Amazon won't let customers choose not to use USPS, which is an enormous burden on customers whose mailbox is not at their door. I just had to spend an hour going into the post office and picking up a smart TV and stereo that Amazon decided to use USPS to deliver! This is not free shipping. It's not equivalent to other companies. I want my hour back!"
"Great mid-range PC that was delivered quickly. Could use more ram and a hard drive, both of which are easy to install. The cables inside are very well dressed and it has a clean, nice aesthetic look."
"Good for the prime member. Shipping was fast. You need to notice those third-party sellers.

"this website is super easy to use and gave no stress at all!!"
"I've had an Amazon account for over 10 years. In the past I've had problems such as unknown packages coming to me that I never ordered. In those packages were things that included adult toys, clothes, iPhone accessories, ect. The clothes were way too small for anyone I know to be able to wear. No one I know has an iPhone. Why would I want adult toys? I contacted Amazon cs multiple times and they assured me that this would stop. Well, it did. When I moved in Sept. Then in late Nov, I'm reviewing some of my previous purchases and some get accepted but the rest were rejected and then I get an email that basically says my ability to post reviews and engage in the community has been revoked. All 200+ of my reviews were then deleted from Amazon. I've tried to contact Amazon about this and am only told to review their community standards and then after talking to the 100th or so chat rep, I get an email that tells me to provide proof that I didn't make my account to just make reviews, that I'm not affiliated with anyone I've bought from, that I'm not getting free products in exchange for reviews, ect. I replied to said email and asked what proof would be acceptable and got a reply stating they wouldn't be replying to any more emails. I made a complaint with the bbb asking for clarification on exactly what I did to get my reviewing ability banned and was once again told the community standards and possible reasons for the their decision, not the actual reason. I have the emails and will attach them if given the option."
"Awesome price and quick delivery"
"super love it too much tiii"
"Ordered items, very expensive. 2 new Xbox 1 new ps5 including among various items which totalled to 4000+. GOT LOCKED OUT. Out of nowhere, no way to check on my items, what's paid for or what isn't. What's shipped and what isn't, received just a few items and have no clue where the rest are or if the payment went through, I'm assuming it is which means they are gone and you can't get a refund if it's been shipped apparently. Like I said earlier I can't log in, it says unusual activity or some bs. Customer service is apsolute s*** and no other ways to contact them or check on my items. Ripoff and looks like I got scammed basically. Screw you Amazon "
"I have always been a big fan of Amazon. I really appreciate the ability to purchase anything and everything from one site and have top notch service as well. I would give Amazon a kidney, if it needed one. "
