Worst delivery, no refunds, prime is bull

"Mid 2020 & 2021 this is my 3rd time having issues not getting my packages. Yet they take a picture where it was delivered and it was not my address. Wrong place . I pay prime and i can't get a refund or replacement. 1st i lost $80 for a ringlight , $30 for a essential oil diffuser, now $45 for printer ink . Do a police report when clearly this is an Amazon delivery issue. Worst customer service ever . They hang up on you and end online chat in less then 2 mins. Cancelling amazon Prime !!! I rather use my gas up and find ky items but make sure i have it . Then Amazon taking money that we work hard for and not receive the items at all . "

Shipping missing parts, doesn't provide any compensation

"Ordered a Tascam DR-40X from the amazon warehouse. Arrived 4 batteries only. No recorder, no SD card shown on the website. They only provide a full refund, after I send back the batteries. So I have to pay time and gas for nothing ?!"

Meds substituted with brand x!

"Even though you start out with a generic, Amazon substituted with a cheaper, brand that is made who knows where. New unknown generic brand is less effective and don't work. Try and return or get the prior generic is yet another nightmare. You pay premium dollar for medications that are made by company x that don't work. CVS also offers the individual packs and costs about the same. "

"I placed a $264 order one of the items was an among us pajama set I had to purchase 2x n did not receive it the first time the drive took a picture with the delivery that clearly shows only 2 boxes when it should have been 3 they gave me a gift card credit I ordered it again and that order shows it was delivered to the "mailroom" I called 4 days after delivery date n I'm told it was delivered n they will not b able to refund the missing package! Wow"

"I loved using Amazon until they decided to jump into politics by helping to shut down Parler website who competes against Twitter except for allowing free speech. Silencing people of a different political point of view is what Communist dictators do not what retail stores do. Therefore since they want to silence Conservatives hopefully they will lose all Conservative's business including mine. So long Adolph Amazon, hello Abraham Walmart."

Going to cancel my account

"Honestly the people through their customer service seem alright and try to help. The issue is there is no options that fit my situation so it is a horrible inconvenience to work with them. This has happened several times to me now and I have also left complaints with the delivery service. The city I live in does not deliver to your home (so they say) (usps), I have a po box but have the stuff I need will not let me put in a po box so I try to put my home address. Half the time I get my order and the other half of the time I get an email from the delivery company saying they cannot deliver to me and they have sent my items back. This is the issue. How do I tell Amazon I need my money back? There is no option that says I cannot send it back myself because they do not give it to me, they send it back themselves so then I am left having to "chat" with customer service and they say it's fine but then I am stuck without my money for weeks or months and I am completely over it. I won't let my money sit in limbo anymore. I will cancel my stuff for Amazon and I will no longer order from them. When I never got my package my money should be returned immediately. Because you will not do so I will no longer use it. Also they ask for crap like invoice number but I had five items. Why make it all so complicated and time consuming. Just freaking talk to me. "

Rip off

"Don’t receive items, customer service link doesn’t work, won’t help with orders, charges me for premium service only to get no extra perks, long waits, no item help when orders don’t come or damaged. What a waste would prefer to get from brick and mortar store. At least I get my item and not screwed in the end"

Customer Service is horrible sometimes.

"Overly priced. I won't recommend to buy product from amazon in the first place because you have high chance to get a good product from other websites. You can use amazon for testing the product and then you can return it . And then get something from other websites . Experienced very bad customer service . Amazon hires agents from out side of Unites states . Very unprofessional . Don't know how to talk and take too much time to verify information . It took 22 minutes verifying information for me !I I am not kidding . The customer associate suddenly hang up on me when I said why are you asking the same question again . I will also recommend amazon to hire some professional agents . FYI : Customer's time is very important . We don't fu** around. Once they deliver my product in a wrong place and then refused to give me the refund . Eventually , I had to complain to police . "

Gift Cards if lost, can't be replaced after 30 days

"I ordered a $200 gift card for my sister's Christmas gift in Nov. of 2019. Sadly, she lost the card. In speaking with Amazon's customer service representative I was told that they won't do anything to help after 30 days. His exact words were, 'Strict Policy'...So Amazon ends up with $200 for nothing. I'm out the $200 and my sister gets nothing! Great Company Amazon...I'm never ever spending another cent with them, and I'm telling everyone!"
