"Would give higher rating when they fix their delivery times to next day before dark would be great or even next day before bedtime. Not happy with their logistics network as I think they waste to much time taking pictures of every delivery or napping in the delivery van. Why does it take till after 8pm everytime I order from them to arrive. Some items are way over priced as well. Have had many deliveries lost in the network and never to be seen or heard from again."
"I have shopped with Amazon for years now and up until this point have had no issues until now. I recently placed an order for this router and chose to order the two other items listed in the "frequently bought together"section since I would need a modem anyways. I placed my initial order on April 19, 2021 (see my bankstatement above). I was told the items would be delivered by the 22nd. The 22nd came and my order had yet to arrive. I contacted amazon and was reassured that there was just a delay in shipping. I was given a new delivery date of April 26th. The 26th came and went without any package being deliverd so I once again contacted amazon. This time I was transferred to a supervisor who reassured me that something had happened, again, and for whatever reason my package was not going to arrive until the 29th. The supervisor also let me know that they would be researching the problem to try and find out what actually happened and promised a call back. Not only did I not receive a call back but today is now the 30th and my account is showing the products will be delivered on Wednesday the 5th. This is completely unacceptable. As a business I would never ever want to do this to a customer. If amazon had been upfront with us from the beginning on the delay in delivery whether it was actually because of an issue or just the abundance of orders they are receiving due to the pandemic, we would have chosen to purchase this from walmart or best buy who could have had it to us within a couple of days. Instead, our business is now suffering because we are unable to utilize our internet, which we rely on for our business to its full potential. Today, I put in another phone call and was assured by a supervisor I would receive a call back by the end of the day with a resolution to this matter. I had informed the supervisor that I needed these items to be delivered within the next 24 hours or the order needs to be cancelled and I need to be issued a full refund so I can purchase these items ASAP. This is by far some of the worst customer service I have received and honestly, I'm quite disappointed in the way all of ths has been handled."

Amazon put my 7 orders in a single package. My coffees were shipped together with chemicals in the same shipping box. I contacted the customer service and asked to correct the issue, but they didn’t help. Now I have one of the following two options:
1. Throw away my coffee and my money (3 cases and 84 K-cups each).
2. Or drink the coffees and worry about getting cancer later.
FDA clearly prohibits to ship food together with chemicals.

I talked to John the other day and supposedly he put it in as a rush. They still have it as available. Also, I thought Prime was supposed to give you 2 day shipping, now it's snowing 4 days. "We made a purchase and somehow they added on a free trial of Amazon Prime. I presume it was one of those "you have to opt out buttons or you have bought it" Then after the free trial they started to charge us. We tried to cancel on line but that was impossible. So we communicated on line and someone called. After about an hour the girl stated that there were no memberships and no charges had been made to our account and that someone else must have used our card and to go to the bank and cancel it. Rubbish we had e mails from them to prove otherwise. These people are little more than scammers and their shady business practices should be stopped. Any saving that you make with a purchase you will lose by their charging Amazon prime to it. "
"I originally gave Amazon.com a 5* rating here, but customer service has gotten so much worse in a single year.
I've been using Amazon Prime for about 5 years. Up until the 2018 holiday season, they shipped to arrive within 2 days 95% of the time. Now, 50% of my packages are late by over a week, get lost, or get returned by the carrier for unknown reasons. This is somewhat understandable because it's a busy season.
However, what's not acceptable is that the customer service has gotten much worse. For late shipments, they usually either add another month to the end of my subscription or refund me the product. Now, I get absolutely nothing. What's worse is that they don't even refund you the full value of the product if they fail to deliver.
1) If the price of the item goes up, you lose out on the sale price
2) If you used promotional credit to buy an item, they refuse to reimburse the credit
Thus, they can keep losing customer items, forcing the customer to miss out on sales.
Worst of all, the product reviews on the website are extremely untrustworthy. Lots of fake reviews. Lots of paid reviews. And users can't comment on or downvote bad reviews."
"I order from amazon all the time and i always have amazon prime well i renewed my prime and a week later i get a message saying i need to renew again i called "customer service" to be told that i supposedly chose to pay for a week vs my normal monthly prime i informed them no i wanted to same thing i always get which is monthly and was told that it was my mistake not theirs and i have to pay another monthly fee i spent 200$ on amazon in 1 week the coffee maker i bought came broke and i was told i could get a 5$ credit whatttttt a 5$ credit on a coffee maker i can't use ummmm no then the next day i received my food storage containers and 2 of them were broke i can now say i am done with amazon they are not about satisfying the customer"
"I do a lot of my shopping with Amazon because more often than not they have what I'm looking for and quite often give me new ideas on what will work for a project I'm working on. I have specific taste and can't readily find things in the small town where I live. My problem with Amazon is how they package items. I have no idea how many returns I've had to do because my purchases have arrived damaged. I've even had several that the post office considered undeliverable because something leaked inside the package due to bottles not being bagged or the lids not being taped. There are a few items, which I buy often, that I have had to go to a different site for. I complain every time, but no one seems to be listening. I guess they're not too worried about it because they know I'm still going to shop with them. "
"Ordered $1000s in merchandise... items missing from packages ALL the time. They want to blame carriers when it's obviously a problem of packers in distribution centers. They want you to wait 2 days... stating the carrier must have incorrectly marked it delivered. Ummmmm... it would have been in the envelope or box. When you chat...the agent gets confused and arranges a call from customer service whose English is SO broken that you spend hours trying to decipher what they've said and spending even more time trying to use 6 year old speech to the agent so they understand what you're asking. "I returned an item (over $500) to an Amazon Locker on 22nd January. I asked an Amazon assistant and he said a carrier picked up my item with no issue and the money would be back within 14 days. However, I did get my money after 14 days so I contacted them again. And they said they didn’t get my item and should check the issue and give me feedback in 48 hours. But they never sent me any email or contacted me. I contacted them and they let me wait for 3 times. Now it has been 3 more weeks since I returned my item but I still haven’t get back my money."
