Called amazon and explained that they were still selling exact same item on their web site. The told me I could re-order line but at a higher price. An item show to be Amazon fulfillment center and to be delivered in two days was delayed. I needed it by specific date therefore purchased direct from Amazon's 10 times over priced item with free shipping. Same day also ordered a similar item to be shipped with free shipping to delivered in a month (turned out to be from India).
The third party order from India reached me before amazon could deliver from local fulfillment center. When Amazon notified me about delay in shipping, I requested Amazon to cancel the item as there was no way Amazon could have met the promise. Amazon refused to cancel the order. Paid 10 times and still did not get the item on time. My need was no more a need but I was still forced to buy. Not only that, Amazon did not post my review. My review only stated facts with zero profanity/Abuse.
On another occasion, a seller sent wrong item order with free shipping order. When pointed out that wrong model has been sent I was told being out of stock and to return the item at my own expense. Shipping charge made no sense to me to return the item.
Ali Express is great. We get full refund if item is not delivered by promised date and we make a refund request. Same when a wrong item is sent/received.

"At February 7th, 2017, I ordered a 665991-001 motherboard as "New" condition, but I received an unlabeled/used 665986-001 the first time. And I returned the first one immediately when I realized that, via USPS # 9405511699000709593769. If the merchant told me they didn't have the motherboard available in the beginning and refunded me in full, I would be fine; If the merchant sent me a replacement as a new 665991-001, the second time, I would felt okay as well. The absurd part was that the merchant not only bought another unlabeled/used motherboard from China as the replacement with tracking # LT885079589CN, but also wasted me about half month to receive it, and I found a receipt from the Chinese supplier saying the motherboard costed only $19, where I paid $310.5. When I contacted the Amazon A-to-Z program, they just requested me to return the motherboard to the seller for a refund again, but I was responsible for the return shipping and insurance charge. I was not even have the option to appeal this decision online!! My question is why does Amazon allow such untruthful merchants selling stuffs in its system without any punishment, while I am the person should be punished, both costing and timing? I would definitely not use Amazon again, and strongly recommend everyone to leave this website to corrupt and rot."

"I've dealt with them for over a decade now and not once have I had a single issue. Never saw a site that had such an outstanding system and backs their customer so perfectly. Need a return? No questions asked as long as you are in the time frame. Yesterday put in for my return and all I had to do was pack it up. UPS showed up with a label and naturally I had to pay freight back. I'm ok with that. Didn't have to leave my home. Nothing arrived damaged except recently a utility tub not sold by Amazon. Leg was bent but easily fixed. I really cant say a negative thing about them. Even on the phone, their service was outstainding!"
"Every time, and I mean every-time I order supplements on amazon.com and the items are "fulfilled by amazon," there is either damage, or evidence of rough handling, or very, very poor packing. With this order, the loosely taped box had my 2 ordered bottles of supplements loose in the box, unwrapped, and bouncing around inside. I'll never understand why their packers refuse to adequately pack bottled goods for shipment. "
